Pros: The UA crew from NRT to DEN met my (lowered) expectations. The best thing is the exceptional comfort afforded by the 787--it is hard to book any other aircraft if I have a choice! Going through immigration and customs at DEN is very efficient as well, and DEN makes a great connecting point.

Cons: I wish the NRT-DEN service were offered by NH instead of UA!

They ignored me (who was first) for a white couple who Came after me, and they got chosen and got the flight credit, but I was as clearly first. So I think it was more of a racist matter

Cons: With the purchase of tickets there was no meal selection option available. Had to ask at the reporting time and then seat was messed up. 3 seats were three different row while I had two minor sons. Spoke to the travel agents (justfly.com) and requested meal was not properly recorded. I requested, two kids meal and a Hindu meal, when meal came it was told I had Muslim meal. How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all.

Cons: The hardest thing about any air travel is cramp seats in coach. That being said, AA makes the best of your cramp quarters with free online movies and television, and a power outlet for your cell on the headrest in front of you, which is so convenient and makes up for the tight seating!

Cons: Pre-boarding drinks could have been offered to all business class customers, but again, the flight attendants with American aren’t as customer service oriented as those from Delta.

Pros: The window seat of this plane is so closely placed to the window that you can hardly sit straight up and down. Food is non existent and one drink offered in 4.5 hours is bad service

Pros: The crew was so lovely and accommodating, flight was smooth, and I was impressed with the meal service. I travel a lot and this was one of my best experiences. I will definitely favor Delta in the future.

Cons: After boarding the door was closed and the jet way was moved back. 5 minutes later they said they were going to bring the jet way back and open door to let more people on board. They broke 2 FAA regulations by doing this and we were delayed an hour because Deltas computer would not allow this.

Cons: Unfortunately, they sent us to the "wrong" security checkpoint- at the opposite side of the airport. From the checkin desk, we were told to go to the NORTH security checkpoint. Walking the terminal again from where we came, we passed the SOUTH security checkpoint and made it another 5mins to gate.

Pros: Absolutely horrible aircraft. I am 6 ft 3 and there was no way I could fit my body into the seat without crushing my knees. So I had one leg underneath the seat in front of me the other leg in the Isle. The flight attendant came down the aisle with the drink cart running it squarely into my knee.

Cons: I cried out in pain with tears in my eyes and all she could say was you shouldn't have your leg in the Isle.

Pros: Everything was excellent but the decent was probably the roughest I've ever experienced. The poor Stewart ran with bags and wet naps up to touch down. The beverage and pretzels were great.
