Nothing at all!!! That should really tell you something!

The staff were rude, abrasive, ignored several passengers that were trying to get her attention before take off as 2 overhead bins were wide open and full to the brim. She of course was too busy playing on her cell phone in the back of the plane and ignored/silenced the passenger call button. They were so loud when people were sleeping, yelling ‘trash please’ every 5 minutes, we are not stupid, we can see what you are doing and if we have trash, we will give it to you - so please STOP disturbing my peace and let me bloody sleep!!!! I was never offered any food or drink during the entire flight, not even when I was awake - other airline attendants are more observant and come back and ask us when we are awake if we would like anything to eat or drink. So essentially that was 7 hours with nothing after having paid a little over $700 for what was seemingly the WORST transatlantic flight I’ve ever taken. I travel back and forth often, because I’m a dual national, but I will stick to BA or Virgin Atlantic - the planes and service are far superior to this pile of turd that goes by the name of United. There were no charging facilities (power outlet or USB port) and the TVs had such horrendous resolution that you would get a headache from having to squint at the screen.

Comfortable flight. Got an economy plus seat at Silver level. Middle seat was empty. New interior in airplane with power outlets and mood lighting in cabin. Free movies available on network. For a short flight of this duration, a very comfortable atmosphere.

Boarding process was chaotic. Gate staff didn't seem to be announcing boarding groups. I like how American has a promotion with T-Mobile for 1 hour of free wifi internet, which United doesn't.

The young lady who was the flight attendant was very nice and tried to make a very bad situation somewhat bearable. There were a number of children on the flight that she was very attentive to. I hope united treats their employees better than they treat their passengers.

The flight was delayed for 4 hours. We were told to proceed to the United terminal in spite of the delay. There seemed to be no effort to inform or assist us. There was very little to do in this terminal but wait to see if our flight would eventually come. There were other United passengers in the terminal who were also waiting for overly delayed flights. eventually, we had a plane that was extremely small, cramped and uncomfortable. United seems to consistently oversell its seats and then tried to get people to give up their seats. Very poorly managed airline with bad customer service. Sadly, I have to say that I have never had an acceptable experience on a united flight. Will NOT take another United flight.

I didn't like that my friends, who bought their tickets at the same time I did, with their own cards and checked in at the same time as me, didn't get a seat number. I had one assigned when my ticket printed out, after I checked in at the airport after they did. They had to wait until boarding was almost complete before they were afforded a seat. Seemed really strange. With United already having a bad name from recent stories on the news, it made us worry. Don't like worrying when it has anything to do with an airplane.

I am now on a one stop flight instead of non stop, even though I paid for direct. Not very happy and will not use untied again.

The Flight attendant was rude and mean , the plane was small and old .. But most of all he flight attendant ruined the flight for everyone. I even heard people saying she was mean as they were getting off the flight. I think her career as a flight attendant has ran its course (she was pretty old also)

This was one of the worst domestic flights I’ve ever taken. United Airlines had a maintenance problem I’m delayed this plane by one hour every hour for six hours keeping us captive at the airport !! Horrible service horrible Airline I will try to avoid this at all costS.

I liked the fact that they were able to find another aircraft for us to travel to Dulles

I didnt like the fact my flight was delayed all that time and i wasnt compensated for it. Airlines charge customers to change their flight all the time. And if you miss boarding you have to wait and be accomadated accordingly. I would like to be compensated for the time that i had to wait because i booked an earlier flight so i could make it back to my destination for other plans
