My flight was delayed 2 hours which led me to lose my connection. As a consequence, I had to spend hours changing flights and hotel reservations to arrange my arrival to Vancouver.
No Free Wifi and the flight was a tad late.
Since the flight was delayed, snacks and water were provided.
I'm so glad that Alaska still keeps this little "puddle-jumper" route going between SEA>ALW; my daughter lives on Walla Walla, and it's so much quicker to be able to fly right in to Walla Walla than to have to fly into Tri-Cities and then make her drive 40 minutes each way. This flight is usually only 50%-75% full when I fly it, but that's because it doesn't get in to ALW until MIDNIGHT! But thanks for continuing to service the Walla Walla area, Alaska!
Same crew flew with us from Palm Springs to Bellingham, so they were great! Friendly and kind from start to finish. Great experience!
The crew the employees were friendly and excellent. There was a problem with the plane and they had workers there immediately working on it. They made sure the people that had immediate connects knew what gates they had to get to and had them leave the plane first. Very thoughtful.
Flight was about 30 minutes delayed. All staff were friendly and professional while keeping us updated.

Made us check our carry on,even though there was plenty of room because they didn't check with the flight crew. Also boarding was 40min late, due to the plane being on the wrong side of the airport. Also their app didn't record my tsa precheck
I had a great travel experience with Alaska. The agents and cabin crew were all so pleasant and helpful. The plane was clean and comfortable. The connecting flights went smoothly even with some minor delays. All in all, it was nice not to be upset with the journey. I say that because over the last few years all my travel has been on Delta and American, and always involved cranky employees and flight issues. I wish Alaska flew everywhere I need to go. Will definitely fly Alaska every time I have a choice. Thanks for helping me look forward to traveling again.
Flight delayed for two and half hours and then canceled altogether due to mechanical issues. No mechanic onsite to fix so had to send one from LAX.
Delayed and took off even later than the scheduled delay time
Food was surprisingly good but the WiFi was not great
Easy boarding with an extremely kind attendant. Seats were spacious and we had 3 seats for 2 people so we could stretch out. Comfortable air flow and very attentive and hospital attendants. Bathrooms and food were the only negative. Bathrooms were so small you could hardly get in and close the door. I don’t think an obese person would fit or a person with a movement disability. Food was the trending food for flights, nonexistent. We spent $40 getting sandwich and snack at airport for our 6 hour flught.
There was a security issue at the airport and we were unable to land. We circled endlessly and then landed at another airfield for fuel. We then circled the airport again, almost landed but didn’t fully touch down before circling again. I am thankful to the crew for keeping us safe- the issue was the airline and staff at the airport getting us seats on our connecting flights. That part was hours of searching for someone and getting in double my steps.
Boarding was organised and relaxed. Crew were fantastic! Seats were lacking padding causing butt pain and stiffness.
Food from the flight from Atlanta to Santiago was very poor..
The worst part was I was NOT allowed in the lounge even though I was holding a first class ticket and have a premium American Express card. I have flown Business or First Class with many airlines. Delta is the ONLY one who does not extend this courtesy to anyone except people who hold the very expensive American Express card. As a result, I won’t fly Delta if I have any other choice.
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.

Like the ample leg room. May as well not bother with snacks if it's only a two ounce bag of pretzels. Didn't use the entertainment option. Was there one?
Agents talk too fast over intercom. I know it’s memorized and we’ve all heard it before. Just slow down a little. Stop charging for checked bags. I was pleased to get my bags promptly at each end of my flight.
It was clean and the crew was great. I wish the chairs could recline just a little more and you would provide small pillows for people with bad backs. My back is fused and a little support would be great.
Boarding was fine, but once on we waited for 45 minutes to take off. This caused me to almost miss my connection. Once the second flight was boarded we waited again for 20-30 minutes to take off.
It was pretty good except there was no food, which was understandable because it was a short flight but I would have liked to at least have a snack; otherwise it was great. Staff/crew, great. Thank you
I was on Alaska and its backup airline. I was scheduled for wheelchair service but ON ONE SHOWED UP. When I asked, desk attendant said they didn’t have any.
As noted above, getting on to the plane was rushed and upsetting since no boarding passes were available to me prior to boarding. Others were in line waiting as well. The flight and experience itself was fine. Very large plane. Two seats near windows; 4 seats in the middle aisles. Good leg room though and comfortable seats.
The trip was fine, however once we reached Seattle, our next flight only had an hour turn-around time and we had to cross the entire Seattle airport, taking three shuttles. Once there, Alaska/Hawaiian Air had still not issued my boarding passes to us and we had to wait at the counter for them. Boarding was already started and at the second to last seating level when we finally got our boarding passes. This was a bit nuts.
I am disappointed with Alaska. They are just like the cheapo airlines, nickle and dimeing us for everything. We now have to pay extra to pick our seats? Really?
I could not use my Hawaiian airlines confirmation number to check in. I figured out on my own that I had to use Alaska airlines confirmation number to check in on the Alaska airlines site. I called Hawaiian airlines and they told me that they could not help me.
