This would speed up the process and keep people from getting stuck behind people who are messing with their bags."

As someone who has flight anxiety that was not something that sat well. In addition we were not given any instruction on what to do at that point. Should we try to find another flight?.. Should we wait for the plane to get fixed?.. Are we all boarding another plane?... Everyone was confused and frustrated!"

The mobile site for Jet Blue was not very reliable or user friendly and made getting boarding passes quite trying. All this only applies to the DCA to TPA leg of our trip."

Cons: "There was some entertainment at Ft Lauderdale Airport when we arrived. The person who knew how to drive the bridge between aircraft and terminal was not there. Someone pitched in and rammed the aircraft around 4 times, trying to make a good connection."

Everything seemed disorganized. No food was offered or even a glass of water. I am 86 years old and travel handicapped all over the world with excellent service. I was shocked that I as dumped in a seat at the Volaris gate from the wheel chair by the attendant; and, who never returned to help me board the plane. I made the mistake of tipping him well. No ramp was available and I had to beg for help with my carryon as I have to hold on with both hands to go up the stairs. Cancun’s attendant for handicapped was much better and truly helped me and stayed with me until my transfer was found. Tijuana’s airport service was horrible."

Cons: "Seats were terrible. I did not get any sleep on either cross country leg. I can usually sleep fine on planes, but the seats were plastic and had no head stabilizer, and did not recline. It was impossible to sleep. I had a "donut" pillow for my neck, but the seats really made it impossible. I won't fly Spirit again until I hear they have better seats."

Cons: "Temperature was 68 ."

Cons: "Spirit Airlines has so many hidden fees. You can bring one personal item for free. However, a carry on was an additional $59 per flight. Checking a bag was $62. We also had to pay to reserve a seat. All of the $10 seats were shown as unavailable when we were checking in. This meant only the $18/$28 seats were listed. When we got on the plane the flight was almost empty and we could have sat in any of the $10 seats. You don't even receive complimentary water."

Pros: "Flight was on time. The plane was clean and the crew were very polite and pleasant."

Cons: "Incredibly delayed flight. Flight attendants didn't know where pilot was and plane was hour late taking off due to pilot being MIA."

Pros: "Notbing"
Cons: "Unfriendly help at customer service. I got charged 65 for my bag at the gate on an hour flight. Beyond rediculous. Next all drinks and snake you have to pay no cash accepted. Let's not start with two hour delay in Baltimore then 20 minutes on tarmak because these people have their heads up their asses. I will never fly spirit again. Complete junk!"

Cons: "I was told I could not be issued a boarding pass because it was too close to takeoff. I then purchased an outrageously priced one way ticket to get home on another airline. Before taking off on that flight, I received an email saying that my original flight was delayed 2+ hours, even though I had checked the status of that flight up until I walked up to get my boarding pass. This email was sent to me 5 minutes before the delayed flight was scheduled to take off. Spirit said that they could not help me at all and the issue ended up costing me $370. I will not be flying with Spirit ever again."

Pros: "Everything was good about the actual flight."
Cons: "The fact that it was delayed an hour and a half."

Pros: "THE PILOT PERFORMANCE WAS GREAT! landing and take-off was great!"
Cons: "Always so many extra charges that make you sorry to look at this airline and fall for the base ticket price!! it was delayed on departing not much leg room no service of any drinks even water"

Pros: "The on-time departures and arrivals. The entertaining crew."
Cons: "I couldn't cross my legs in the seat. The charge for selecting an aisle or window. The $90 charge for my carry on. Defeated the purpose of flying spirit. Will go with one of the major carriers next time for the points."

Cons: "Kids were noisy."

Pros: "The flight crew are funny and friendly"
Cons: "Prices to check bags, and food were very high"

Pros: "Cancelled flight out. Flight back was late. Awful service."

Pros: "I am glad that our flight did not get cancelled or deleayed"

Cons: "Spirit airlines canceled my flight but provided no means for alternate arrangements. I had to purchase another ticket on another airline at the last minute. Got nothing for the rountrip ticket I purchased from Soirit, do not buy tickets on this airline. They will take your money and give you nothing in exchange."

Cons: "3 and a half hour delay, bad customer service."

Pros: "The crew on both flights were really nice and the flights were on time."
Cons: "The baggage fees are astronomical, the seats are extremely uncomfortable, the baggage rules that you can only bring one small thing on the plane is ridiculous and every time you log on to their website to do something, the fees get higher even if it's 2 minutes later. It's kind of insane."

Pros: "It got me there and the price was good."
Cons: "You get what you pay for. These were the most uncomfortabe seats I've ever flown on. Basically a piece of plastic with a vinyl cover and essentially no padding. The flight was half empty so after the fasten seatbelt sign went off I moved forward to the comfortable seats (there were 10 of them and only 3 were occupied). The stewardess told me I had to go back and sit on the ballpark seats. My back is killing me as a result. Also, at check in there was a long line. I asked an attendant if I could use the boarding pass machine, which for some reason are located in the front of the baggage check line. He told me I had to wait in line even if I wasn't checking a bag. After a half an hour I was concerned I might miss my flight so I asked a different attendant if I could jut go up and use the boarding pass machine since I wasn't checking bags and he told me no problem. This was at the BWI airport. I'm not sure if Spirit boarding pass machines at other airports are so oddly located, since most other airlines have machines located in a place one can can get to without having to wait in the baggage check line even when you're ot checking bags. The stewardess was on the grumpy side - waiting to depart I had closed my eyes and she told me I had to stay awake for her flight safety talk, which would have been fine, but she didn't give the talk for a nother 20 minutes."

Pros: "Comfortable and clean airplane. Nice crew. I was prepared for the "no frills", no food and entertainment didn't bother me."
Cons: "The many plugs for passengers to purchase things or sign up for a credit card."

Pros: "Too many random upcharges. It's what your company seems to thrive on."

Pros: "straight flight."
Cons: "Paid more for extra leg room but it was minimal help. Seats don't recline at all. Water even cost money. WOW."

Cons: "None I like. Will not fly this airline."

Cons: "DID'NT APPRECIATE THE HIGHER BAG FEES"

Cons: "Flight gates closed hour early were not able to be opened no refund no other flight to get on nor email to let me know it was going to be closed"

Cons: "Horrible.. the worst flight experience I have ever had"

Pros: "Friendly staff."
Cons: "The seats didn't recline which is inappropriate for a 5-6 hour flight. The tray was also so small I couldn't put my laptop on it to watch a movie. There was nowhere to plug into power so my iPhone (a backup for movies) died hours before we landed. Lastly, I was called to help assist a passenger who had fainted (I'm a doctor) and was offered nothing in return for my help. Not even a soda. I didn't offer to help in hopes of "free stuff," but the other airlines I have flown with have offered me a drink, some food, or even $ off my next flight as a thank you for my medical services."

Pros: "The worst airlines and customer service ever. No more sprit after my last bad experience with spirit airlines."

Pros: "Not the seats"
Cons: "I don't know from which forbidden bowls of the earth Spirit conjured up these forsaken seats, but the wizard who did so much have been through a fresh divorce because these chairs are built from hate and spite. If you get off the plane with out needing to see a chiropractor, Spirit hasn't done their job."

Pros: "About the only thing that I can say I liked is, the boarding process went smothly for me & my luggage was on time."
Cons: "Where to start... paid more in bag fees & to get an isle seat for each(4)flights than I did for damn plane ticket! Flights delayed 4hrs another flight in same trip delayed 2 hours. Staff wasn't interactive/friendly I'd say 6/10 were nice. Asked for an isle seat the person helping at counter, said I'd have to pay to upgrade. Seriously- upgrade for isle seat!! I paid to have an isle seat on all 4 flights(I'm a disabled vet who was injured in the line of duty) I need easy access to toilets I'm unable to crawl over people, in turn need idle seat). Paid for isle seat all 4 flights- just to see the flights were super empty, people were sitting where they wanted anyway. Thanks for taking my $ for the seats tho spirit:-|. Staff wasn't that friendly compared to other airlines I've flown on. Not food. No entertainment on flight. Not worth it. If they don't do better business they won't last long I feel. There is potential just needs some work!"

Cons: "Actually the allowance for baggage is too much. I am living in KSA from about 20 years. I have visited many countries in Europe. Including Middle East and Asia. I have never given such a huge amount for baggage. It makes very senseless to charge for baggages because if your are providing us the service for transportation, than baggages is must with anyone travelling, obviously. In other words, because its a must for anyone travelling, you are simply taking advantage. Anyhow the over all service was quite impressive and its been one of my best lifetime travel. Hope to travel again from your airline and see any changes in the baggageing allowances. Thankyou soo much. Have a nice day."

Cons: "The seats are so bad and poor. It was a five hours filght of torture."

Cons: "Spirit airlines employees starting at Baltimore airport to flight attendants are rude!"

Pros: "The crew was helpful and friendly."
Cons: "I found the website to be a pain. I needed to check in and it made me join the Spirit club in order to check in. (I fly rarely.) Then, it offered me a discount to check my luggage on line, and it wanted me to join something further, in order to claim a $9 discount. (Again, I fly very seldom.)"

Pros: "Staff was great and flight was on time."
Cons: "A carry on bag should have been free like most other airlines. When you add on a $55.00 charge to carry on a small suitcase it makes the Spirit Tickets expensive especially considering the fact that most other airlines do not charge a carry on fee at all. This unecessary carry on charge for a bag is why I will not fly with Spirit Airline again because you are not really saving any money at all compared to most other airlines which hopefully Spirit will realize one day."

Cons: "I was asked to change my seat from 29A to 3E to accommodate a family who wanted to sit together. I was told that 3E was a better seat. 3E turned out to be a nightmare. A row away was a child who screamed for 75% of the flight but that wasn't the worst part. 3E was situated between a man and a woman who must have weighed 450 pounds! I literally had half of a seat for the entire flight. I really feel that I should be reimbursed because of how uncomfortable I was forced to fly for the entire flight. A person of that size should not be squeezed into a row of three seats."

Pros: "Thank god it was a relatively short flight, and the passengers on board were friendly."
Cons: "All the additional fees, their website is glitchy and the customer service agents weren't very knowledgeable. I wouldn't fly them again unless I absolutely have to."

Cons: "The flight was canceled and we did not have any compensation for the damage. I lost all my arrangements I had in boston during the day , my whole weekend was messed up because I was traveling only for two days."

Cons: "Hidden fees galore, website that didn't work, unhelpful customer service reps that didn't listen, airport staff on loudspeaker that couldn't enunciate (everyone was clueless to what was said), and a flight crew, from pilots to attendants, that seemed to not only be unprepared to properly do their jobs but also didn't seem to care that they were either. I'll never fly Spirit again"

Cons: "Seats were like sitting on bricks. The airline nickles and dimes you for everything. Website is terrible. Everything is an add on and it is hard to find pricing for the add ons. If they could charge for seat belts and air, they probably would. Never again!"
