I'm not sure the tray table was wiped down, or at least not very well. The in-flight tracker was completely incorrect, I was on a 4-hour flight and it read 14 hours and counting throughout."

No charging outlets in the terminal or on the plane. Plane had no food to offer for purchase. Expected better from Delta."

Could the zones instead reflect both location of seat and area of plane, so that those with window seats at the back board first, then middle seats, then aisle? That way if aisle seats fill first, seated people are not stepping back into the aisle to accommodate others needing to get a seat in that row, while everyone on the gang way must wait for the aisle to clear."

After deboarding due to the heat (Dallas temps around 105 F), instead of telling us the next available plane to put us on was going to be 5 hours later, they delayed the flight 15-30 minutes at a time. This was a flight from Dallas to Austin and I could have rented a car and driven in a shorter amount of time."

Well turns out they make you jump through so many hoops that your travel insurance fee is useless. I sent a letter to Allianz (the company that handles the travel insurance) and blasted them for their insensitivity in a difficult time. Going forward, I will not be purchasing travel insurance in the future. It may sound irrational but if you think about it, travel insurance is the tax on gullible people. You hear travel insurance and one assumes that if you spend the extra money on the insurance and something comes up, you can at least get much of your money back. Don't count on it! It's a 1/1000 chance they will do the right thing so the odds are not in people's favor. If you want to be smart, use the money you would have spent on travel insurance on some pre flight cocktails at the airport bar. Air travel is hellish enough without scams like Allianz!"

Cons: "Leg room/space BA offers is calculated for short and small body frame passengers and it is on not acceptable. It feels like cattle Wagon. BA should show consideration for real passengers not some sort of statistical average. I am 6'4" and sitting in your plane's cabin inflicts hours of body pain. The space given is sufficient for children and teenagers. Also sitting in the hot cabin for extended amount of time is extremely uncomfortable. Why there is no cooling and proper air ventilation right from the beginning?"

I appreciate the food but the 5 hour delay, I did not appreciate."

My original flight to dallas was delayed from 12:56 to 8pm which would of landed me in dallas at 2:21am but the club Fat Rabbit closes at 2am Which in fact was a 1300 (US dollar) loss. I re booked my ticket to Austin from Vancouver this morning because the only reason to go dallas was my job. Was supposed to fly in have dinner play music get back on the plane n go Austin but going to dallas was irrelevant and a 7 hour delay was absolutely ridiculous."

I also was not compensated for agreeing to take another flight than the one I booked, paid for and successfully checked in for. I also got into Austin later than I wanted with this new flight I was forced to take. Overall this experience was a terrible one unfortunately."

Nevertheless, it's a terrible layout, w/ pedestrians pushing through boarding queues and where others are lined-up to buy food."

She responded in a very matter of fact tone explaining my inconvenience was not a very big deal and actually lied about the landing time to make my claims sound less worthy. I feel like jet blue, virgin and southwest are the only airlines that still care about the customer and their experience and not just how to squeeze more money out of them."

She was also kind enough to upgrade the first half of my trip to first class at no extra charge."

I was supposed to have a quick direct flight to Austin from Newark I the morning, and it was cancelled because the pilot didn't show up. There was no rescheduled flight, and suddenly 60+ people were trying to find extra seats on the next Austin flights which were of course also booked. Many people were put on standby, but the next flight was overbooked so not even everyone with tickets made it on the plane. I ended up having a 2 leg, 6 hour journey that left 5 hours after my planned departure (which was a direct 3 hour flight)."

Cons: "I did not like that I had to pay extra to select a seat, especially because the seat was not any more comfortable or spacious than the other seats on the plane. The staff rolled their eyes when customers requested service. I am never flying Frontier again."

Cons: "First off, it's ridiculous that after buying a ticket aboard Frontier online, nothing was mentioned before hand about purchasing a seat!!!! - really, what was the ticket supposed to cover. Then, large charges for a small carry-on and also a checked bag that I did online. Then worse, aboard the plane, I discovered that all cokes, etc. and peanuts, etc. had to be purchased. You talk about cheap and greedy. The flight back from Denver was even worse as it was running almost an hour and a half behind, then they switched gates, and after finally boarding at the other gate, we sat at the boarding gate for over an hour, with very little contact or explanation from the crew, not even offering passengers a drink of water."

Pros: "The price was cheap. Boarding was easy. Pilots were very nice."
Cons: "No entertainment. Have to pay for everything even just water which makes no sense. Crew did not want to be there and was not helpful. Took forever for people to get off much slower than other flights."

Cons: "Everything. Maintenance issue. Debording in Austin. Seat confusion. Never again!"

Pros: "We got there safe and sound."
Cons: "The gates were changed almost at the last minute and we didn't hear any announcements. A few passengers we're almost late for boarding. I found out because some lady came by and asked if this was the flight to some where else. That's how I found out the gates were changed. I told the rep to make sure that they make the announcement so everyone knows of the changes. I could of got on the wrong plane and missed my flight."

Cons: "While the fare for Frontier was reasonable; I chose them because of flight schedule. However, I couldn't believe how much more I had to pay than just the fare. Baggage fees for not only checked bag but carry-on plus the seat selection added $94 EACH WAY to my costs. That is unforgiving. I'm back to Southwest."

Pros: "We left on time and got in early."
Cons: "The seats are crazy narrow, you have to pay a lot extra to have any legroom at all, basically 18th century slave ship seating. Virtually all baggage is an up charge, even carry on, and they wouldn't even give you a bottle of water, that was like $2 or so. At the end of the day, a $105 ticket winds up costing $335"

Cons: "The stewardess announced baggage would be at 3, so we followed signs to baggage claim #3 and waited over 1/2 hour to find out she should have said TERMINAL 3. We had to take a bus to that terminal, ended up 2 hours behind schedule."

Pros: "The crew was fantastic especially on the way to Las Vegas!"
Cons: "Cramped for space, and you had to pay for any and every beverage you got---even water. Also NO free snacks like peanuts."

Pros: "It 's good and bad . For the good thing its fly on time. The bad thing its when the air plane going to lend it was too loud to made air hearts."

Cons: "I paid extra for first class and it wasnt first class. Not worth the extra money."

Pros: "Once we got on the airplane (which we almost missed due to check in delays), the flight was fine. The inability to recline seats at least guaranteed me some room to use the tiny tray table."
Cons: "Nickel and dining at every turn of the road. Very slow, understaffed check in. Tray tables too small to use for any real purpose."

Cons: "The overall process of flying with frontier had much to be desired. I couldn't even get a glass of water on the flight. The boarding process was slower than slow and the gate crew and flight crew made that process worse. They kept telling us we were going to board and then we waited and waited and waited. Very unfriendly."

Pros: "That it wasn't overbooked or crowded. It was on time, actually a little early. Direct flight."
Cons: "To find out I had to pay for a seat selection and a carry on bag! Silly me I thought the price of a ticket included a seat. Overall round trip an extra $92.00!!! For real? Give me a break. Seats are uncomfortable, they didn't recline. I have flown Frontier before and it was not like this at all. Don't even get a complimentary beverage."

Cons: "Really? I must pay for everything even water or coffee? Airbus seating was cramped, Tray tables were so small that my cut could not securely sit on it with small children bumping the seat in front of me. Riding on a bus is more comfortable. After 3 hours my back was sore from the stiff seats."

Pros: "Was good, seats lacked comfort, everything else was great, thanks!"

Cons: "I didn't know how to rate food and entertainment since I didn't use those services. Why must the Frontier flights always be late? It was delayed both out to LasVegas and back to Milwaukee. Also, we were told that the flight to Milwaukee was delayed but it NEVER showed on the departures board nor was the time changed at the gate. These seem to be simple adjustments to make for all passengers to see that there was a change but it was never done and led to a lot of confusion."

Pros: "The flight was fast and straight forward."

Cons: "Paying for a carry on Seats do not recline No complimentary beverages Flight was delayed and we rarely received updates I understand that you charge for everything in order to offer better prices, but by the time the customer pays to bring on luggage, we are paying the same price as an airline that allows baggage for free with inclusive drinks, snacks and seats that recline."

Pros: "The flight was nonstop so that was good. Got me back and forth, that was good. Seems like a cheap airline that has cut expenses every which way. Carryon baggage fee, food and drink cost, seats don't recline and are too narrow."

Pros: "Charging for a carry on bag at the last minute when I was checking in was unprofessional. It didn't leave me with an option to choose and it was misleading. I will not be flying frontier again. Congrats on being sneaky and losing another customer. Also the pilot was awful."

Cons: "It just sucks! Lost the bags for our flight and 3 other flights before than us"

Cons: "Didn't know what would happen if I did' pay for my seat. Would I have a seat? This was the first time I flew with Frontier so I didn't know all the ins and outs."

Cons: "I was forced to gate check my mini skateboard, although it could easily and safely fit under my seat, and it wasn't there when I reached my final destination. While waiting at the gate check, the pilot informed me that it should be at the baggage claim. After waiting an hour for my checked bag, the skateboard never showed up. I spoke with baggage services and they tried calling the gate and no one would answer. I waited an extra hour and still no skateboard. Very poor service"

Pros: "After flying Frontier Airlines for the first time with my 4 year old daughter, I was pleasantly surprised with my entire experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the gates, the flight attendants were amazing and both of my flights arrived earlier than expected!!! I will fly Frontier whenever possible!!"
Cons: "No airline miles for flying with this carrier, but for the price of my tickets and for the savings it didn't matter to me anyways!"

Cons: "-Crew was non-existent and when present was robotic -There was no food of any sort -There was no entertainment of any sort -Boarding was late -Seats were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Will not fly this airline again even if I have to pay more -Baggage pricing was exorbitant"

Cons: "I'm not a fan of when you purchase a ticket thinking you've paid the biggest expense and it shouldn't be too bad after that. Little was I aware I was going to be spending an additional 200$ just to pick a seat (so I could sit next to the person I purchased the ticket with), and check a bag (because carrying on was more expensive). I'd rather have the full up front cost than add it on when I don't have a choice."

Pros: "This was our first time flying Frontier and we were very pleased. The flight staff was very accommodating, outgoing, friendly, and funny. We will fly Frontier again."

Cons: "There was a family with 3 young kids, Infant and a like 4 and 5 year old, complete brats with parents that were unable to control and they were loud and awful the entire flight. The flight crew did nothing, and I was grateful to be 2 rows away and not the people that were getting pounded by the kids feet. Not really Frontier's fault, but the crew could have tried to get the parents to do more. Having once 5 Daughters 8 and younger, more could have been done. Here's a hint: Even a slight effort saying something, to show you actually acknowledge the issue would have been some comfort to those of us around this family. Kids will often listen better to people other than parents."

Cons: "The seats were tight. Not much leg room. Very expensive to check luggage, $40!"

Pros: "It was cheap if you don't have any bags."
Cons: "Very old airplane, if you have any carry-on you'll have to pay $45, the crew wasn't really that friendly, the plane just felt old, like the oldest plane I've ever been on. It didn't take turbulence well, so we were getting knocked around the entire flight. They were offering 'free water" as if it were some big favor."

Cons: "Frontier's policy of paying for carry on or checked stinks! When I looked around at the amount of people waiting at the baggage carousel, they are making a bunch of money from that policy! Their website is terrible to negotiate when trying to pay for that bag, or choose seats. Customers are offered beverages, as you might guess there is a fee attached to that- $1.99 for a can of coke, really? Frontier will never be my first choice with this type of baggage policy. They made a lovely announcement at the end of the flight about expanding their fleet of planes, etc. Apparently from reading the reviews others have the same complaint, anyone @ Frontier, listening or reading these?"

Just make tickets more expensive and include those options instead of the current shady practice to mislead the customer into thinking the ticket is cheaper."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled and Frontier refused to put me on another flight as they said I was a no-show. I sat at the airport almost 3 hours before my flight which was at 12:45 am 11/21/15. Because it was past Mid-night it did not show on their computer system till next day and so they said they could not see it even though I had a printed boarding pass and was checked in, this caused me another ticket, hotel, extra parking, and dog care. Almost $600 extra. I will never use this airline again. No telling how many other passengers they did this to."
