Cons: "Flight was delayed....3 times(more?) from late at night to early morning the next day. Delta Help Desk rescheduled me and got me a room at Howard Johnson’s for the night. Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

Cons: "Unexplained delays, lack of transfer services (there was no separate connections security screening; passengers were required, after a redeye flight and customs, to switch floors and stand in long lines with general security. Also, no beverages of any kind were offered."
Cons: "The airline booked us on two flights from SLC to BWI. Unfortunately, our seats on our original connection were released so when we arrived at our gate our only option was to split up and take middle seats - even though we had paid over $100 ea. for upgrades. Delta offered nothing for this. One of the flight attendants was in a terrible mood - she was cold and rude and would not even look at passengers - which her fellow crewmates noticed and tried to compensate for."

The flight attendant,while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

Cons: "My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

Cons: "I’m extremely frustrated. When I booked my flight, i was told that the flight would NOT be a full flight due to COVID. It was almost completely full. I was not comfortable with that nor did i receive any notification that it was going to be full prior to boarding. I’m extremely frustrated."

There was no urgency in finding my bag and it has been nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. 4 days after my flight and we still have no bag. We had to buy all new clothes, toiletry items and luggage while on our trip. Thankfully we had enough funds to do so or else we would have had to wear the same clothes for 4 days! The flights were late both ways. The overall experience was absolutely horrible."

There was no other Sun Country flight until the next day and there was no attempt made to accommodate the fact that I had to get back to D.C that night.... and I was not offered any partial credit for the ticket! I realize I should've arrived much earlier but I did try to check in online prior to arriving at the airport however their online check in process only gave me the option of paying an additional $15 fee to choose my seat, which I did not think I should have had to since I'd already paid for the flight and didn't care where I sat. I ended up buying a one way FULL PRICE ticket on another airline and it took less than 5 minutes to go through security and arrive at the gate by 6:25"

Something was wrong with the Sun Country website, and so I wasn't able to do it. Naturally, they charged me the higher price for the checked bag because I was paying at the terminal. I told them that I had been trying all day to pay on-line, but they said that they could do nothing about it."
Pros: "I've flown Sun Country in the past & have always had a great experience. This time was no different! 10 min prior to boarding, we were upgraded to first class!! Couldn't have been a more relaxing flight. Would definitely consider flying first class with them again. Thanks, Sun Country!"

Boarding went fine, the plane was clean, and the crew was very friendly. Seats were a bit cramped, but that seems to be typical on all airlines anymore. Cookies and pretzels were offered as were beverages - the usual. I’d fly American again.

THANKS american for starting a war in my family and ruining my trip. unfortunate the crew is so awesome but the customer service is mortifying, rude, inconsiderate and completely mechanical. i dont ever intend on flying with them again unless necessary."

I am extremely upset because I paid an extra $75.00 on day of to get home earlier but ended up getting home at the same time that I would have on my original flight because the flight was late and I missed my shuttle because 1920 was late boarding. They give you free United wifi that you can use if you have a device to watch movies/TV on, but they don't have any outlets to charge the device, so it's kind of pointless. You have to download their app before the flight starts. I was having issues with the app on the previous flight, so I tried to get help with it before we took off. Our flight attendant acknowledged she heard my question and then just walked off and didn't help me."

Heard other travelers discussing that they had been rebooked onto an alternate airline and then found a later flight on Kayak, walked up to podium and asked to be rebooked on that specific flight, which they grudgingly did. Of note, I was repeatedly reassured that they were "sure" I would make my connection without a problem and to stop worrying so much. My flight left out of Madison 2 minutes after my connection departed Chicago. I usually fly a different airline, whose flights out of Madison were all on time that day, and will do so in the future despite more expensive ticket. The actual crew on the flight was lovely and apologetic, did everything they could to help us despite the delays. At least that's something."

The crew did do beverage service, but never made it to the last three rows of passengers. Overall, just not the type of customer service I am used to from other airlines. Check the microscopic print as I'm sure its hidden somewhere. **My girlfriend and I are very lean travelers so we each normally pack one carry-on and one personal bag (for trips one week and under). This helps streamline our exit from the airport at our destination, minimizes the risk of our belongings getting lost, and also saves us money. We did not appreciate feeling penalized for our efficiency. -Multiple delays (both with flights themselves and also in retrieving luggage the at carousel... Even on international trips where I have had a checked bag, I've never actually waited an hour before to get checked luggage). It should be noted that the luggage delay happened on both the departing and returning trip. -Additional charge for onboard amenities. It should be said that I expect this sort of "al a carte" pricing model with "discount airlines" like Spirit or Frontier. So it wasn't a huge shock when I looked at the menu and found that even water was available for a ridiculous price. It did, however seem like insult to injury after being gouged for almost 100 dollars extra (roundtrip) for two seats and one checked bag. To Conclude, sometimes you have to learn lessons the hard way. I purchased these tickets with the thought that I was getting a monster deal over the airline(s) I normally use. In reality and despite our best efforts to cut costs, I was actually paying just as much if not more when all fees were factored in. I was less comfortable and much more inconvenienced for the same amount or possibly more money. I'm still laughing at how this could possibly have happened. I'm definitely not looking to rant, rave, or slander. Just looking to help other travelers avoid an experience that could be straight out of a sitcom movie."

Within 30 minutes we were booked on a Delta flight that got us to SLC through Denver 30 minutes earlier than planned. We enjoyed beverages and snacks on Delta that would not have been provided by Frontier. The clerk at the Frontier ticketing counter was most helpful. We were able to make it to SLC and a wonderful vacation with family. We also received a voucher for $200 each. We will try Frontier again."

So we were given 100 vouchers?? OK well my husband and I are both school teachers. We can't plan a trip in 90 days . We have our summers free. So they'll expire in 90 days. Wow, thanks a lot. Also. You can't use them for baggage fees? That's a crock. We have 6 people. I'll spend almost $500 just took get our bags to and from somewhere and that's with the voucher"
