Pros: "I like American Airlines in general."
Cons: "I noticed there was a disagreement/issue between a passenger and the aircrew, but it was handled quickly when the passenger just left. I understand there are some issues sometimes, but I noticed attitude from three of the flight attendants during the flight. There were three teens in the back that kept rambling about how all planes have bombs, everyone there was turbulence we could go into a spiral, the plane engines could blow up, etc. It was clearly making passengers uncomfortable because they kept turning around and one lady even yelled at them. I'm honestly shocked the flight crew never said anything to them. I wasn't too worried, except that they ruined any chance to get some rest."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable with plenty of room in first class. Staff were friendly and attentive."
Cons: "Dancing clowns? Overall it was a nice and pleasant flight"
Cons: "Flight was delayed several hours due to an issue with the plane. Didn't get to our destination until close to 2am."

Pros: "I appreciated the accommodations for my lactose free diet. Both the meal & the snack were lactose free and I was able to eat on the flight without problems. In-flight entertainment was very nice. I watched several movies on the way to London."
Cons: "British Airways/American Airlines lost/delayed luggage again! Then send an email in the middle of night with a link to schedule home delivery of the luggage that was valid for 4 hours only. It is clearly an attempt to cheat out of their responsibility of home delivery of the luggage that was delayed the second time. Poor, poor service by American Airlines."
Pros: "The seats were comfortable, with adjustable headrests. Also, there were outlets to charge devices."
Cons: "No free WiFi."
Pros: "Being able to pick your seat ahead of time, comfortable leather seats, snacks, on-board entertainment and free carry on make it worth paying a little extra over the other budget airlines."
Cons: "Constant delays. Maybe it has more to do with O'Hare itself than AA."
Cons: "Flight was delayed to 5pm. But left almost an hour early. Flight left without me. Not much notice to other passengers. Every airport display and the gate display said 5pm. Many passengers left behind"
Pros: "Flights were smooth and crew was great."
Cons: "Maybe it was listed in the booking details but everything has been stripped down and everything has an outrageous fee. $45 at check in to check a bag OR carry on a bag , $3 for a soda in the plane, no free snack, stripped tray table, seats don’t recline, poor armrests. I won’t fly Frontier again if given the choice."

Pros: "The cost of the flight was very cheap, which is nice when you are flying somewhere far like Chicago to California (usually one way can be over $200). The boarding process and crew were all very nice."
Cons: "You get what you pay for. The seats aren't the most comfortable and you don't have the best legroom. Also, pack light so you can fit everything under the seat and avoid extra costs. Good for some travelers, but not for everyone."
Pros: "The flight staff was very pleasant and tried to make the best of a bad situation."
Cons: "Our flight #082 originally scheduled for 12/18 from Cabo to ORD was delayed twice and then once at the airport we were told the flight was cancelled, not due to weather but after hours, finally the Frontier personnel advised us it was possibly due to the pilot/crew being unable to fly because they were over their number of hours logged for the day. We were never notified that the flight was cancelled via text or email. Since the one hotel was over-sold at the airport, all of us passengers on the flight were forced to take cabs back to downtown cabo to try and find and pay for hotels on our own and then cab/commute back to hopefully get out the morning of 12/19. While we were able to fly out on the morning of 12/19, unlike Denver passengers,, the pilot apologized for the delay, stating the flight cancellation was due to an "internal communication meltdown" . The flight crew was apologetic, helpful and did their best to make the best of the very bad situation that Frontier caused by neither communicated to its staff internally nor to us passengers. However, it is unacceptable that all of us were left to incur many additional costs, missing work, and told that they could not approve any reimbursement . All of us were outraged and feel at the very least could have avoided f us to coming to the airport for a flight that could not depart, especially since there were two previous delays. In addition, we spoke to an agent at 6pm and they verified the flight would be departing on 10:00 pm on 12/18. (So, of course we then checked out of our hotel, an hour away in Cabo.) How ironic that the same situation occurred in Dec., 2015, with the flight being delayed and no communication from Frontier. I expect to be compensated for transportation, hotel, and additional expenses incurred for missed work, all due to the delay due to the “internal Frontier Airline company meltdown”. I would hope that Frontier would want to try to make an effort to show that this is not your standard treatment of passengers. I look forward to a prompt response to a very unfortunate ending and situation to avoid any legal action. Thank you in advance."
Pros: "Flight was delayed with no recognition or apologies. Seats were incredibly uncomfortable. Waited 1.5 hours in baggage claim for my bags... and again no explaination, no official to ask what was happening or when we could expect our bags. Word spread that the conveyer belt froze and the bags were stuck in the plane. Who knows. And as I write this: I am currently on a flight that has been delayed from 4:00 pm now leaving at 11:45pm. I will never book with them again."

Cons: "Check in process; higher fees than stated; ridiculous fees for seating and baggage--should I have stood up?..."
Cons: "The first half was fine, but the person next to me had two small dogs in a bag and one of them pooped halfway through. You would not believe the smell, my whole row spend the second half of the flight breathing through our shirts."
Pros: "I like the fact we were on time and boarding went well."
Cons: "I do not, not like the fact that the seats do not recline. They are terribly uncomfortable."
Pros: "I realized I needed a different flight home so Spirit offered me a no-fee standby. I managed to get home in time. Thank you"
Cons: "They suggested we get to the airport 2 hours in advance. That's way too long. Then they ran the plane 30 minutes late."
Pros: "The spirit employees at our gate in O hare airport were exceptional. We had weather delays and they encouraged me to check in periodically. They were friendly and nice despite there being three flights of customers at our gate. I did not see them get any break because there were so many distressed customers needing attention"
Cons: "Seats were incredible thin and narrow. Forget personal space! Person behind me kept pushing knees into seat which I felt quite clearly. $45 to carry on luggage is absurd!"
Cons: "We were delayed 3 times and the boarding process was unorganized."

Cons: "everything is complicated with those guys. Nickel and dime everything, switched my seats without warning, made me pay $65 to carry on my bag after not paying for the first leg of my flight. All around poor choices from spirit"
Pros: "Th crew was nice and professional."
Cons: "Late departure, late arrival, cramped seating, can't pick seats without paying extra. Flying on Spirit is so uncomfortable it's not worth whatever money you save."
Pros: "I detested this. They had hidden charges. Never flying them again."

Cons: "Getting charged $50 for my check bag was ridiculous especially since the spirit website was down for practically an entire day. The crew at the front desk who handled this was very rude. Additionally I requested that I have the aisle seat on both flights and whoever the brainchild who did seating placed me at the window seat on both of my flights. There was even an adequate amount of empty seats that I could have been placed in. Finally, why are the tray tables the size of my wrist? Granted I was trying to use it to lay down, but even if I was trying to use it for food and drink, or to put a laptop on, it would have been next to impossible."
Pros: "After getting through the gate, the boarding was simple."
Cons: "No mobile ticketing at O'hare. Security noted that Spirit requires you go through their ticket kiosks/desk, despite sending a mobile QR code to go through it when going through mobile check-in (itself a serious pain due to a terrible website). Further, they don't advertise that the cost of the seat and carry-on negates any savings on the ticket price itself. I couldn't even get a simple cup of water from flight attendants ("bottled water only, $3 per"). I will never willingly purchase a flight from Spirit again."
