Check in was terrible. Long line and over two hours to finally get the car. Everything after that was smooth. Car return again was delayed 15 -20 minutes before an employee finally saw us and came to check us out. Nice car. Would rent there againReviewed Sep 29 2025

Very good. But the car was not the one reserved and not ACE problem. The problem was Kayak I reserve a Kia or a similar car, but in the small letters said the car is not guaranty. Even after I had already purchased the insurance coverage I was still grilled at check in about upgrading even further. Little did I know that when adding the coverage, it would’ve through a third party and not Ace. So they still wanted a piece.
