I don’t take the time to write negative reviews lightly, but in this case, I feel obligated to share my experience in the hope that it leads to real improvement. My recent rental with this company was marked by a series of avoidable issues. The pickup process was disorganized and understaffed, with long wait times and little communication. The vehicle I received was not the class I reserved, and though substitutions happen, there was no explanation or courtesy adjustment offered. Worse, the car given had an engine problem—which the staff insisted I take it. It was not until I put my foot down that they gave me another one. When I brought these concerns to the attention of staff, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. I expect better from a company that markets itself on reliability and customer care. To be clear, I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect accountability. A customer should not have to chase down basic service or feel like their concerns are being brushed aside. To the management team: you are in a competitive industry where trust and efficiency are everything. I strongly encourage you to revisit your training protocols, vehicle maintenance checks, and customer service approach. You still have the opportunity to turn this around.
