The staff was super nice and the car was wonderful. Easy location and great price. It was just difficult to get in touch with them. I had tried to call them multiple times on different days to ask about drop off after hours and it would just rang and go directly to an automatic service that was like a dispatch center. No one could give me an answer if there was a night drop box. There was but I had to drive over there to make sure.

Drop off was convenient.

Cons:

Car reword of smoke which was hard to deal with. The car was not ready during my pickup time and I wasn’t notified with much advance

Yes, car requested was available and ready to drive when I arrived. Agents were ready and able to quickly get me on the way.

Cons:

They told us our appointment was at 12, but the store closed at 12. When we got there a couple minutes late (thinking we wouldn’t even be allowed to pick up the car early) they were closed and we had to go somewhere else to rent a car. Very stressful and disappointing.
