Pros:I went to pick up the car I had a reservation. He said they had no more cars. He said it like it was a normal thing. I had my family waiting for and a hotel reservation.Cons:Better customer service and communication. Pros:The location at the airport was easy to find and the cars were literally across the street, i.e., no bus to take to the rental car facility.Cons:If you are planning to drive the Sierras of Ecuador, please be sure to get the most powerful engine available so that you can pass those slow trucks and semis on the winding roads through the mountains. My car was supposed to be an "upgrade" but had too little power to safely pass anyone.Reviewed May 31 2019
