Experience was mostly good. But there is no way to follow up with the local desk and the text they send saying to text back if you need anything doesn’t appear to be monitored which defeats the point. Left a jacket at the service desk and wasn’t able to ever contact them to let them know prior to us returning the vehicle a weak later. Glad we didn’t need anything else.Reviewed Mar 19 2023

Beware of the off-hours drop box for keys! I had a 6am flight from PSP so I had to drop off the car before the Alamo desk opened. Boarded my flight. And my connection. When I got to my destination 5 hrs later, I was informed at the next airport that they couldn’t rent to me… because I had an open contract at PSP! Literally spent 1 hr 45 min at the counter trying to get someone at PSP to answer the phone. No idea why they couldn’t close out a contract within 5 hours of opening. Terrible service. I had some questions with my rental that they were able to address quickly in person. The staff was super patient despite having so many customers arrive at the same time. They were quick and friendly as they processed customers. Individuals rom Alamo went above and beyond to reach out to me during my rental to make sure I was satisfied with my car and service. I haven't had that happen before with another car rental so it was a nice touch to know that they cared I was having the best experience during my vacation.Reviewed Apr 19 2022
