Try to get something back you left in the car. Forget it.Pros:Lovely people. Very helpful.Cons:I left a portable battery charger and cord in the center console. I went back to the Enterprise desk at PSP within an hour of returning the car. Was told car was on the ‘back lot’ for an oil change. And the back lot closed at 4pm. Promised to call next day which someone did. They found a cord that wasn’t mine ap obviously it wasn’t from my car. I had to buy a new one which cost over half what the car rental was. My fault yes. But either I was being fed a line about the oil change or else someone helped themselves to a charger. Second bad experience with Enterprise on a row. Rental in Portland lasts a month- reserved a compact but all they had was an aptly names Armada or a a pickup truck. I ended up spending over $100 on gas for the week.Reviewed Oct 21 2018

Pros:Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable ChevyTrax. Unlimited mileage. One-way rental option.Cons:VERY long wait at airport to be escorted to our rental car. Overall, a good experiencePros:The counter staff was nice, thorough and efficient...she walked me to the car, helped me load luggage and told me I could leave the car in the lot until my travel companions arrived later on.Cons:It took more time than I thought it would to go through the check in process & more time to extend the contract for an extra day. I had heard that it was "high season" in PSP, which can jeopardize the availability of a rental being available. The check in attendant was friendly, though very busy with multiple cars that arrived at the same time.Reviewed Feb 26 2017

Excellent StaffPros:The Manager at the Palm Springs airport Enterprise - a woman whose name I wish I recalled - gave me top notch service and even went above and beyond to fix a reservation error I made and found me a car after I was told they were sold out.
