Price was the draw and at least the counter was still open and they had a car despite our much delayed arrival. Bad news: ridiculous wait to get the car (40 mins) and was not informed that car had significant crack in the windshield. Fortunately someone had written what was an apparently indecipherable note regarding this issue on a side window so we didn’t need to worry about paying for it.Reviewed Mar 17 2026
