Cons:The reservation agent charged me two extra hours (almost a full day's rate, three hours would have been a full day's rate). I was unaware I was a little more than an hour early, I had made the reservation a month and a half ago. When I noticed the total amount was more than what was on my reservation paperwork I was told it was because I was early. When I said I could go have lunch and come back in an hour the agent replied she's already opened the reservation and couldn't change it now. She said she could only cancel the reservation and that I'd be free to make a new one. This was during the covid car shortage and they were turning away people due to the shortage of cars and the cars that were available were renting at a premium. I know canceling a reservation is not the only option unless it is a new company top down policy.Reviewed May 3 2021

Pros:Alamo didn’t honor my rental agreement. They were out of cars I had to get a cab- call the next day- they wouldn’t book me a car for my original agreement- I had to rebook for more $$$ and one less day.Reviewed Mar 29 2021

Pros:Car was relatively clean. Drop off fine.Cons:Waited in line 50 minutes for pick up. Reserved a mid-size SUV but ended up with a compact. They only had a few cars to choose from by the time we got to the front of the line - Small compact, 15-passenger van, or a Camaro. Price was not adjusted for smaller vehicle. Line was disorganized and could have been more efficient if staff paid attention to how people were lining up.Reviewed Mar 27 2021
