We arrived and they had a sign that said if you made your reservation 48 hrs ago (we made it at least a month prior) Or going one way (we were driving a total of 10-12 hours with 3 stops and in remote areas) they did not have a car. When we got to the counter, they said they didn’t even have any reservation for us at all! And when I asked what do we do? They said take an uber or a taxi. Really? We paid $65 to get to the ferry and had to figure out to get to Westport, NY , then Ticonderoga,NY, Williamsport, PA and eventually Philadelphia, PA And renting through another car r ed natal was not an option. There weren’t any cars anywhere. Stressful is an understatement.Reviewed Jul 5 2025
