Cons: The back door did not lock - not sfa eto leave ANYTHING in th evehicle. Alamo said we could change the vehicle - not practical at all to do.

Pros: We rented a Wrangler - it was fun to drive for a few days. The lot attendants were very polite and efficient.
Cons: When we got to the Alamo counter our vehicle wasn’t ready. There were two other families ahead of us waiting for theirs. After a 3 hour flight with two young children this was more then an inconvenience. When the MANAGER printed our contract I pointed out that the total bill was almost $30 higher then what we had reserved it for. She attempted to say it was a difference between CAD & USD, it was not. I showed her our original reservation and had her reprint our contract. I looked at my credit card online a few hours later and she had charged us the higher amount anyway. So now we are stuck trying to get a refund for the overcharged amount; nevermind any compensation at all for the inconvenience of having to wait an additional 30 minutes because they didn’t have enough vehicles.
Pros: Easy pick-up, Nissan Altima upgrade was excellent. Not busy.
Cons: Only one employee for morning check-in rush leading to a wait to check-in. That was a first and not welcome before catching a flight.
Cons: Car needed service on brakes and was noisy. Otherwise a great rental.
Pros: Heated steering wheel, remote start. Lots of room for passengers and luggage. Smooth, responsive drive. Quick pick up and drop off. Excellent staff at Alamo.
Cons: It didn't even the bare minimal like: cruise control and no compass
