I do not know who's fault it is but they called me the day after booking to tell me they did not have any cars. It sounds like this was kayaks fault but I do not know and it is not my problem. They do have other locations but they had not checked if any of the other ones had cars available for me. Had to pay surcharge prices from another place to get on the tripReviewed Aug 6 2024

Terrible customer service, which in an industry that basically offers the same service (renting cars) and the only differentiating factor is price and customer service you’d think you’d do a much better job at it. Horrible, if the car you gave me wasn’t as generously decked out as it was I’d have given you 0 stars.Reviewed Jul 30 2024
