Agent upsold the rental dishonestly. Sun roof wouldn’t close properly. -36C. Company did nothing to address the problem except suggest that it might be my fault.Reviewed Dec 27 2025

The man behind the desk was less than helpful with finding a solution to my issues. I did not end up with renting a car and was very disappointed that I had wasted my time to make arrangements for pickup and traveling to and then again away from the location on my dime and didn't end with renting from there as the worker didn't see interested in helping find some solution . Next time I'll rent somewhere elseReviewed Jun 19 2025

I booked the car online and was on my way to the office to pick up the car I called to let them know that I’m on the way they told my they were out of cars. If you don’t have cars available in your lot then advertise that on your website and don’t waist people timeReviewed Aug 2 2024

Unfortunately, it's not going well. I rented a car for a day, returned it earlier, and received an invoice with a different price than initially quoted. I'm waiting for a resolution.Reviewed Oct 10 2023

The rate I booked was for a premium class car. However, when I arrived, I was given a standard trim Honda Civic. I mentioned to the desk agent this was not the type of car I booked, and she seemed quite annoyed by my complaint and told me to call the agency manager the following Monday. We were heading out on a long trip, so I did not bother with this as the Civic was fine for our needs, but again, not what I had booked.Reviewed Oct 4 2022
