Cons:Car wasn’t ready, long lines and terrible facility with no comfort either to employees and customers.

4.4 Mediocre
Pros:Easy drop off
Cons:The excess in the case of an accident was up to the whole value of the car! Usually on third party websites, it is around 2000-2500 euros. We had to pay 50 euros extra per day for the CDW. I should have known there is something hidden in the price shown on your website. Last time renting with you.

Cons:They initially gave me the option between 2 vehicles. After making a selection they told me that it would be an upgrade. The woman named Natalia became very irate when I asked about why I was given an option in the first place. If I was not pressed for time I would have left and rented with another agency.

The car left me stranded in the middle of nowhere, had to have the car towed to somewhere and then returned the car the next day in a different city because it wasnt working the Alamo representative wouldn’t help me replace the vehicle with another one so I had to rent another car from a different rental company. Alamo put me in a dangerous situation giving me a car that didn’t function properly and didn’t do anything to resolve the issue.

6.0 Okay
No bathrooms at Madrid Alamo site, just hits with no TP or way to wash hands, very gross. Car wasn't washed, windshield dirty. Kept us from noticing a small windshield star until we were off driving. It was hard to get a picture of it and nobody answered the phone. We didn't have time to circle back. Ended up causing a fuss in Sevilla when we returned it. Luckily the manager found the damage previously noted in the car repair log, it had been repaired but reappeared. The gas was also 3/4 fill, s PITA since some stations have attendants who want to fill it up and husband had to haggle with that.

Pros:The attention of the staff was very good. They were very kind.
Cons:Even though I reserved and automatic transmission car and that I received a confirmation from the rental car company, they did not have those kind of vehicles available when I arrived. After I waited for more than one hour and a half, I just decide to call a friend who knew how to drive in manual transmission I was lucky enough to find him available so he drove. Otherwise I would have had to cancel my trip since I only know how to use an automatic transmission car and the company did not have those.

Pros:Wouldn't recommend.
Cons:First, when arriving at the car rental location in Madrid airport, the reservation we made wasn't valid because it's a third party. They said that even though we booked an economy car (Opel corsa or similar) we couldn't get one because the reservation specified a 4 seats car. They only offered a Mini car (a very badly equipped Mitsubishi) which was much more expensive than what we had reserved (165EUR) compared to the (96EUR) we had on kayak including insurance. Next, the insurance worth 40000EUR from kayak couldn't be used. We had to choose their more expensive insurance, saying that they don't work with Allianz. Last but not least, we didn't find the way to the car rental parking area in Madrid, so we parked it in the public parking right nearby. The consultant straight up refused to come with us for 5 minutes to guide us to the rental parking lot and told us we'll be charged the value of the parking ticket at the end of the day, when they would go pick it up. Overall, a horrible customer experience. Definitely not choosing Alamo (or Enterprise, the mother company, for that matter) again.

Cons:They did not have car I reserved. My flight was delayed 2 hours and they did nothing to help assist in finding me a new car. I ended up having to use a different company at 2x the cost.
