Pros:Car ran great and was incredibly economical on fuel
Cons:The pick up. Two agents were on hand and nothing seemed to be automated so it took 15+ minutes for each customer.

Cons:I was overcharged compared to my official rental price and given a smaller car than we could use. We reserved a minivan and received a small suv. This did not work for us we were a group of 6 including 3 seniors plus luggage staying for 20 days. so we ended up paying for extra flights for we could meet in our destination city. Budget turns and said it is in the same category you either get 7 seats and no luggage or luggage and 5 seats not happy with the service or help. Would not recommend Budget
