Cons:Kayak had an issue in their website since when I wanted to change the reservation dates, Kayak pointed me to Hertz's website, but when I wrote the confirmation number I got from Kayak, Hertz could not recognize it. This was an issue since I had to call Kayak but they do not even have a number to call or at least I could not find it. Then I called Hertz and they could not help me by phone and I was forced to go to Hertz's office personally in Madrid's city center. To make matters worse, the represesentative in Hertz's office could not really help me either since she also could not change a reservation done through Kayak. She has to change it manually and leave the new details expressed in a paper so that the Hertz representative could see it the day I was supposed to pick up the car. Then also I had received a new price the day I went to change the reservation, and such price was different to the price I received when I picked up the car. So there was a discrepancy in customer servie within Hertz. All in all, Hertz's organization here was poor, and Kayak's booking section was poor as well since it did not let me change the reservation. Bad experience here.
