Pros:The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros:Nothing! Due to renting through a third party it doesn’t mean i will get a rental.
Cons:Customer service for one! No one was willing to help me out. The lot was full but yet they kept saying they had no cars. When you order something you get a conformation number which means 100% in their eyes. That car rental company at Mesa getaway airport in az is shady and rude! I was told by a couple there at that airport that they save the cars for the people traveling on the late flight so when they are stuck they can rent to them for a higher price....some shady business right there! Kayak is great, but they need to not work with Alamo or other car rentals at that location.
Pros:The rental experience with Alamo at Mesa Gateway Airport was quick and easy. The rental lot is about 100 steps out of the front door of the airport and the rental agent had a bottle of water of everyone who was renting cars. The return was easy but was located off the airport across the airport parking lot and the street. We were given a nicer car than originally reserved as demand was high and we were one of the last flights in that night. I don't think they had much inventory left.
Cons:Overall, the prices at Mesa Gateway were at least double what rental cars are at Sky Harbor. Why?

Pros:The man who helped me was very nice and understanding. His system wanted to charge me twice as much as kayak.com's prices but he said he would wait for me to reserve it on my phone at the counter so I could have a lower cost.
Cons:The original price was twice as much as advertised on kayak.com. No veterans discount either.

Cons:They put me in a car that had a recall and after waiting 45 minute to get through the line, I ended up having to back out to get another car, which was a small SUV. Very different from the luxury car that I reserved and paid for.
