Pros: "The people who handled the wheelchairs in both Minneapolis and Phoenix were top notch. In fact, I'd rate them the highest of all such employees of all the airlines I've ever traveled on!!!"
Cons: "I completely offended by the attitude of one of the flight attendants. As I am disabled, I choose the restroom that is closest to me for my use. I was seated in row 5, just behind First Class. In fact, I tried to upgrade to First Class when I checked in, but it was full. So when the seatbelt sign went off, I went through 1st Class to the restroom by the cockpit. I didn't take my cane. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs up to my hips, and given that I can easily lose my balance, I am much safer on airplanes when I hold onto the seats as I pass by. As it happens, the restroom was occupied and I had to stand in the area at the front of the plane that the flight attendants typically occupy. The snippy attendant saw me standing there and immediately walked in front of me to get her microphone and loudly announced to the entire airplane that NO ONE was allowed to use that restroom except First Class and people who arrived by wheelchair. I arrived by wheelchair. I have some real ethical issues with her behavior. First of all, I was embarrassed by her remarks. Secondly, one bathroom for 12 people and one bathroom for the 100-200 others that were on that flight is unconscionable!!!!!!!!!!!! There are two things that in my humble opinion can never be denied any human being are water under any circumstances and the right to a speedy and safe trip to the bathroom. I was deeply offended by her remarks and by her timing in giving the remarks. I told her that I had arrived by wheelchair, and would be leaving by one as I am disabled. She shined me on. Her behavior was rude and uncalled for. I will never fly Sun Country again, and she is the reason. Additionally, I will not fly with a company who operates under such an unethical agenda. Everyone has the right to a speedy trip to the bathroom. The plane was loaded with elderly "Snow Birds." The elderly are notorious for having special bathroom needs whether or not they are in first class or arrived by wheelchair. I think this airline is blatantly discriminatory."

The canceled flight was due to weather, but AA's response was to connect those of us stranded with a 3rd party vendor - Travelliance - with the promise of a SUBSTANTIAL discount for a hotel (SINCE THE NEXT FLIGHT I WAS GIVEN WAS 17 HOURS LATER!) - and there was, effectively, NO DISCOUNT. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with you over the years, but this was a bucker of water in the face. I'm sure I'll fly with you again, but any sort of good will I held for AA is gone."

It's like you have to go to class on how to walk through the aisle and not be an idiot."

Pros: "Frontier is cheap as hell. They charge you for baggage but aren't as bad as Ryanair. If you check in online and pack a reasonable amount of toiletries and a laptop into a travel bag, you can expect a travel experience that is superior to Greyhound for the same or less. Don't compare them to first class on Emirates, that would be unfair. Compared to Greyhound or Ryanair, it was a superior travel experience."

Pros: "Do attendants spent the flight scolding passengers for needing to use the rest rooms. We had terrible turbulence so seatbelt sign was on most of the time. So when captain turned them off people understandably got up to use restroom. The fl attendants then told people to stay seated during service!!"
Cons: "Don’t charge for snacks and WATER!!! Fl attendants talked very loudly and everyone has to listen to their conversation. What happened to customer service and making the fl enjoyable to us. Disappointing! My seat squeaked like it was built w substandard metal and hardware."

Cons: "Not worth saving a couple dollars. Front tier airlines does not allow you to pick your seats before hand nor does it allow you to select baggage and the app, it is recessed for whatever reason. The seats are extremely tiny the tree table is so small you can barely fit an English muffin on it. There is no entertainment whatsoever, there is no Internet on the plane, and if you want anything to eat or drink besides water you will be paying for it. I’m sorry to say but flying on frontier was more like a punishment for me. I always fly American and wanted to save a few dollars what a mistake! With American most the planes that I have flown in have free movie entertainment and everybody seat the seats are comfortable And recline. And the snacks are free along with the soda. Please think twice before flying frontier."

Cons: "Frontier seats are minimally padded and do not recline. It's difficult to sit in them for more than a couple of hours. Our 3.5 hour flight turned into a 7 hour flight after being unable to land because of storm conditions, circling for over an hour, and being rerouted to land at another airport for refueling before finally heading to our destination. It has been a week and our backs are still bothering us. We flew Frontier because it looked cheaper but after paying for luggage, seats, and food we would have been way better off to have flown on Southwest. We will never fly Frontier again."

Cons: "My backpack cost me $45 to carry on! I upgraded my seat for additional legroom then when on the flight found out that seat didn't recline. I will avoid flying Frontier in the future."

Cons: "Need to pay for drinks even water. Luggage was delayed 1 hour for the everybody; and the flight before us."

Cons: "The bag charges were over the top. BUT that wasn't the worst. I landed in Phx a little before midnight and walked to retrieve my checked bags. It took almost 2 hours before the bags came out of the carousel. There were no Frontier employees to help. Sky Harbor employees recommended we call the Frontier line and several passengers did. It wasn't just our flight either, the Frontier flight that landed an hour before us was still waiting and didn't get their bags until 90 minutes post landing. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The high bag fees only added insult to injury."

Cons: "Everything...delays, delays uncomfortable seats. You cal those mini shelves "tray tables"? Don't even offer complimentary peanuts nor snacks? And you have the Gaul to charge for soft drinks and seats?"

Pros: "Likely the most uncomfortable plane I've ever been on. Seats feature zero padding, the inability to recline, and a tray table the size of a DVD case. I'm 5' 9" 148 pounds, young and very healthy. I left the plane with a twisted up neck like I've never had before. I landed safely so I MUST be thankful for that, but if I was booking I would want to know this information. Since I'm the wiser now I will not book with Frontier again. Also it was an extra $90 for my CARRY ON round trip. It notified me it would be extra when I booked online but didn't specify how much. What a surprise. I spent more on the fees for the bag than I spent on the bag itself (and most of the contents for that matter)."

Can't carry on anything other than your purse, not even a laptop bag without more $$. No free drinks, not even water on this flight. Seats don't even recline. In addition, they don't participate in the TSA Precheck program. Many young children as well as they are a "discount" carrier."

Pros: "The cost of luggage AND carry on came to the cost of another ticket. The lugguge was lost (well, never put on the plane), but was delivered late at night, the next night. The flight left an hour late. The flight was booked solid so the plane was full and crowded."

Cons: "Flight was delayed and departed at 4:30"

Cons: "If I had known I need to pay for carry-on, I would have opted for "real" airline. The additional fees should have been stated clearly."

Cons: "Frontier did not have enough of a ground crew to get bags off the plane. Had to wait until 1:00 am an hour after landing"

Cons: "For some reason the crew didnt open the door for 5 minutes once we were parked. Onece we landed it took 1:10 minutes for the bags to start being delivered. There was no one at the airport that could tell us why this was happening."

Cons: "My bag was 6 lbs the weight limit, so I had to pay $115 for one checked bag and $40 for a carry on. Not sure if it is on PHX or Frontier, but waited 25 minutes for any luggage to show up to the carousel."
