Pros:Pleasant guy, efficient and helpful. Couldn't be faulted.
Cons:All fine much better experience than pick up in Las Vegas.
Pros:We were in awe of the full size vehicle at such a reasonable price with unlimited mileage.

Pros:Great treatment from desk rep and lot helper! Car was 3/4 tank filled and a great (stylish) full sized sedan: white Subaru Legacy with full power and leather! Kids loved it!

Cons:Dropping the car off at Phoenix international airport was a bit crazy as there were hundreds of cars being checked in at the same time and the lot was dirty, but overall the emoloyees were nice and quick!

Pros:Terry’s customer service was excellent. I picked up my rental on a very busy day and he was the only employee in the main office. He kept a level head and served everyone with a smile and level head.

Cons:When i arrived, i was told they didn't have the specialty car i reserved. There were two identical ones in the parking lot and they said they were reserved for others. Not sure why my reservation wasn't valid and theirs was. They did offer another car, but it was our 30th anniversary and we had our heart set on the convertible. Fortunately, Hertz overheard us and they had one and gave us a great deal on it.
Pros:Car was great on gas and in good shape
Cons:Booked online and went to the location it told me to go and they had no cars available. The gentleman didn’t want to do anything to help us out. Ended up sitting and waiting till someone returned a car. Why would they accept a booking if they don’t have cars? I had 1 day to tour and this wasted a lot of my time and I didn’t get to do everything I wanted to do.
