Pros:Staff seemed bored with our problem. We got there and they said they had no record of our reservation. They checked by name and credit card number. So we decided to rent with another company but when I got home I found I had been charged for a rental even though we never got a car with Hertz.
Cons:Don't charge people for a car they never got!

Cons:We were charged a smoking fee and we didn’t smoke in the car. The car we got already smelt like cigarettes and I want a refund for the charge

Cons:Nobody was there for drop off. Their lot was full so I had to park wayyyy far away. Apparently they are closed on Saturday’s? Also, they charged me twice! I already paid when I booked it and then I got another charge a few days after I dropped it off..... irritated.

Pros:I got there with a reservation for a SUV, instead I got a crossover. I specifically rented a SUV because I needed the space moving cross country. Instead I was told to try and squeeze in this and this would be ok. If you don't have the vehicle requested, tell me, I will go to another location that has my vehicle. I would never suggest anyone use this place. With all that, I called hertz and they righted the wrong, although I had to take another hour out of my already long day, but in the end it was worth it.
Cons:I didn't like the bait and switch method of business. Jut be upfront and make it right. This is unacceptable business practices.

Cons:There was a really strong orange odor to the car that was giving us headaches, i could see ashes on the dashboard, no one was there to check the car before i took it. The window were cleaned with a very dirty towel that i actually had to stop and clean the driver side myself so i could see. Customer service would tell me different things over the phone, i was unable to find my reservation on line due to some issue they where having with their system, etc.... the only good experience was the 2 people that guided me on the return process. One in mesa airport and one in sky harbor airport.
