Pros:The rental vehicle was a great value, clean, and the customer service was top notch.
Pros:No drop-off fee for dropping at a different location.
Cons:Exterior of car was dirty and I was told that was because it was the desert. The person at the desk handed me the keys and told me I would find the car out in the lot. The lot is a hotel lot and I had no idea where to look. It was 100 degrees and I had my 87 year old mother with me. I looked all over and had to go inside and find the worker who also had trouble finding the car. Started out of the lot to discover a low tire pressure warning. Back inside. This time the worker came out with me. Didn't realize until I was well on my way that the AC wasn't cooling right. I had it at 64 with full fan and it was never cool. I would never rent from this location again.
