Pros:We had to drive our rental car back to the Madison airport instead of Savannah because of flight cancellations due to the coronavirus. It tried to upcharge us (from $300 to over $2000) after I had called the 1-800 number and they said any charges would be waived. Zack at the MSN airport was a rockstar. He took care of it even though his computer showed no note in our file and he couldn’t change it in his end. He got on the phone and got it done in under 5 minutes. Much appreciation to him! Please pass this on to him.
Cons:The fee up charge should not have shown up in the first place. We even brought the car back to Alamo 2 days early.

Pros:Airport pick up and return.
Cons:I booked the car in my name and credit card for my husband's birthday trip. I was not driving. Planned to switch to his name and credit card when arrived. His card would have covered insurance. Told we couldn't switch, there would not be a car for us if we did. Also ended up paying an additional 22.50/day for insurance. Would not choose Alamo again.
