Pros:The desk staff was very courteous and polite, and worked to get us what we wanted when it became apparent that our first choice was unsuitable.
Cons:We took the "best deal" through an online discount booking, and did not realize that it meant we'd get whatever vehicle might be available (it probably says that, but it showed a picture of a compact car and we did not read carefully). The vehicle available was a large passenger van, unsuitable for our trip. We paid a little more and got a normal midsized sedan instead, but felt a bit deceived by the advertising. Also the desk staff, although very polite, seemed somewhat disorganized; they gave the impression that they were experiencing delays and shortages that day.

Pros:Helpful staff. Easy return. Thank goodness the navigation system worked as we used it to get to our destinations.
Cons:The line to pick up rental was long; waited 1/2 hr-45 min as there weren't enough cars ready for the customers ahead of me to pick up. Staff also mentioned that they were short staffed that day.

Cons:my Reservation was at 12pm, 3/7/19 and I I had to wait until close to 6:30pm before leaving the airport with a car due to “none being available”. The vehicle was not cleaned on the exterior or interior. No accommodations were made to remedy the hours I spent waiting in the airport.
