Pros:Our Dodge Caravan was clean, comfortable, and performed very well. The staff was super helpful and could not have been nicer. A+

Pros:Drop off was easy. The Jeep Compass was a good alternative to the Toyota RAV4 we had reserved. We needed a 4x4 vehicle and this did the job.
Cons:When we arrived for our reservation at 8am they said they only had sedans and a minivan available. I was about to cancel the reservation and leave, as we needed the 4x4 capability of the RAV4 and they were pretty rude when I was annoyed they didn’t have the car I reserved, when all of a sudden, they had a comparable vehicle, a Jeep Compass. The Compass is a cute small SUV. This one however was dirty, which had it only been the exterior I wouldn’t have cared, but there was a substance spilled on the passenger seat and ground into the crevasses of the seat, and the car smelled strongly of marijuana.

Pros:I had to change my drop off location midway through my travels and the customer service rep was so helpful he not only was quick in making the changes but he even took the extra time to help me figure out the closest location to where I was going. And the rate change was much lower than I feared it would be. So glad I chose them.
Cons:I was charged approximately $200.00 more that I expected. The agreement was to turn the car in Sun morning. Needed to keep the car to Mon morning. Dropped off before they open. CC billed $200 more. Did not receive any invoice.
Pros:The customer service exemplified by this location is STELLAR! I was charged an additional $7.00 a day, for a vehicle I'd extended the agreement, for seven days. When learning of this, needless to say I was not happy and my feelings were obvious. The representative's response (her name escapes me) was phenomenal! This in spite of the fact, that I was "dismissive" of her explanation and in hindsight, (I) bordered on being rude. Her handling of my "issue" was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure that I walked away with a "fair" alternative. I highly recommend you offer business to this location. They manage ALAMO also.
Cons:Didn’t like the fact that the car we reserved was not ready. We were given the option to upgrade to something that was ready but to do that we had to use a credit card. And our primary driver didn’t have A credit card so we had to use another persons credit which then automatically made them the primary driver. But that was ok because we could add another primary driver for just $10 a day. Uhmmmm no. It’s just seems funny to me that we did our due diligence by reserving a car way in advance but our Reserved vehicle was not ready and we were then basically changing our whole reservation around to get ourselves accommodated.
Pros:Overall the experience was good, it was a very easy process for both pick-up and drop-off. The only issue that I had with the vehicle is a flat tire about halfway through my drive home.
