Pros:Yes the staff wasn’t the problem.
Cons:Charged a lot for a car that smelled very strong odor of cigarette smoke. It gave me a headache the the three days I had it. Also my daughter felt ill due to the strong odor. I would have returned it but it was way after midnight. Also about 20 people in line after me. I had a two hour trip to my destination so I sucked it up. What bothers me the most I noticed when I was waiting In line that they supposedly charge 400$ for cleaning fee if someone smokes in their cars.

Pros:Staff was good.
Cons:Car was VERY poorly maintained. It had 29,000 miles on it. The brakes were very "grabby" and the tires were worn out. On the last day of rental, the left rear tire went flat and I had to change the tire in 90 degree heat on side of the freeway.

Pros:There was no issues picking up the vehicle. The Dodge Caravan was sporty and very powerful.

Cons:When got to airport Budget didn’t have any cars with 10 to 15 others waiting also after waiting an hour went to another rental company. That’s why I reserved before you would think they could count reservations
