Pros:The car was clean and handled well.
Cons:There was no one at the thrifty counter when I walked up, but a sign told me to go to another counter. I reserved a "special" - which was a compact or larger - hoping I would have some choice. The guy at the counter didn't talk to me at all and basically just flung keys to me. When I went to actually get the car, no one was there. The car showed some pretty bad scratches but there was no one to show or tell, so I had to document them on my phone (just in case). I guess the car was a compact, but it was so small I would have said it was an economy.
Cons:Let me know up front ahead of time that I have to have a extra $200 on my card for a security deposit.
Pros:Car was spacious and easy to drive
Cons:Blind spot was pretty big for changing lanes. Stains on back seat.
Pros:Overall experience was professional and quick.
Cons:The car was fine but it smaeeled really bad, I had to spray it with fabreeze and that only helped temporarily. It was not "New Car Smell" Bill

Cons:Service terrible. When you call you can't talk to no one in English. They said they were going to call me back and never did. I will never get from themy again and requested my friends to tell a friend to tell a friend not to.
Pros:Nothing, it's a Nissan versa, there is only one car in the world worse: the Mitsubishi Mirage.
Cons:These shitboxes should not be used in fleet rentals, they bring a horrible customer experience. I ordered the 'manager's special' via kayak...and got the lowest category car possible, why would you choose that option ever again if you are getting the worst vehicle possible. I drive an Audi S5 and will never, ever get behind a wheel of this horrible, unsafe, slow vehicle again, and probably will not rent from thrifty again, I always get upgrades from Hertz and Enterprise with my military ID.
Pros:It was fast dropping it off and the shuttle ride to the Airport. The associates were friendly and helped me with my bags.
Cons:My wait in line for an available car was about an hour which was about half my flight time. This is the second time I experienced this extreme wait time. They are always scrambling to find cars to fulfill their reservations. The associate didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or thank me for my patience. The car was not completely clean either it still had the previous renter’s agreement in there. I’m guessing he just got out.

Pros:Nothing. They overbooked and left me stranded and did nothing to offer to help.
Cons:They overbooked and ran out of cars, leaving me in an unfamiliar city. They offered no options for help and customer service was extremely rude.
