Pros:Not much.
Cons:The size and category of car I reserved was not on hand. The car I did receive was filthy! I could barely see out of the rear window. A Key function error alert was on the information display . Adhesive residue was present on all four doors. It was as if the car was received from the manufacturer, tape and packing was removed, and the car was not cleaned and checked to ensure that adhesive residue from shipping tape was properly removed and any error messages were taken care of prior to renting out the car.
Pros:I liked the fact that the 12 passenger van we rented was ready for us when we arrived. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The check in process was very quick and efficient. They called the day before to make sure that we were coming and I was able to reconfirm everything regarding the rental.
Cons:The van was dirty. We found wrappers and empty water bottles under the seats, and there were some stains on the seats themselves. Also, the front windshield had some sort of a film on it, which was hard to get off. Also, the vehicle have less than a quarter of a tank of gas. The good part about that was that we only had to leave it with a quarter of a tank of gas. However, it meant we had to fill up shortly after we left the rental agency. Overall, I would definitely consider enterprise again, even though we had the experience of the van not being clean.
Pros:Erika Freese's team, and in particular, Dominique Roldan went above and beyond expectations and delivered a resourceful solution to a problem created when my reservation was booked through Kayak. Bravo, great job!
Cons:Why was your online price so much higher than I could get through Kayak?
Cons:Tried to add another driver and a different credit card for payment and it was impossible to do over the phone. We were vacationing in a remote licaand the drive back to enterprise was an hour and 10 mins. Why can't this be done over the phone?? Also the north Carolina office couldn't pull up a contract for an airport rental. Crazy. Disappointed,!

Pros:I dropped off in Richmond International Airport. And the agent there were fast and efficient.
Cons:i have rented from enterprise many times but this time i wasnt impressed. the car didnt feel smooth for the ride and it wasnt very comfortable.
Pros:On my 7th day of my vacation, they allowed me to extend my rental by 8 hours at. I additional cost! They also gave me a ride to the airport!!
Cons:There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
