Aloft is modern but not pretentious. All the amenities you want in a fun atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very well thought out. Felt much bigger then it was. The staff was friendly and helpful. This will be one of our go to stays in Chicago.

Pros (+) The rooms were beautifully designed. Beatrix, the adjoining restaurant, was great for drinks and breakfast. There are many things to do, eat and see in walking distance.
Cons (-) There were a lot of loud guests who were clearly out to party the Saturday that we stayed here. The rooms facing Clark street had a lot of car honking/traffic sounds until well after 2am. Bring ear plugs!
