Shayla, Apr 2024 - Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel
I appreciate the convenience of the airport shuttle since I was traveling for a quick weekend trip and didn’t want to get a rental car. The only dings I encountered were the broken A/C system (which they fixed promptly) and being on the noisy side facing the highway. However, I’ve stayed here before and would stay again. I would just request a room on the quieter side.

Pros (+) Super clean and updated facility, excellent room with comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom. A super value for the money, would most definitely stay there again. Also just a quick walk across the parking lot to the train station, which was very convenient.
Cons (-) We made our reservation through kayak and there was a mixup with our check in date not matching what they had in their computer. They fixed it for us and even gave us free champagne and strawberries.
