At the same time, she was asking a male staff to accompany a young lady who was obviously in distress. Pros (+) I liked the location, it was close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Cons (-) Not many amenities. The WiFi kicked off after 24hrs, it’s can be annoying when you’re staying more than one night. I expected a few more ‘complementary’ perks for the price and location.

Pros (+) Great location, great views from the 29th floor. Good food at their ground floor restaurant.

Cons (-) Air conditioning unit inside room was whistling all night, I guess that a bit of adjustments can be made to have it operate quietly.
