no internet - never worked no furniture except desk and office chair no useful surface except desk rip in mattress cover very low bed - mattress on boards heard elevator all day no concierge - no helpful suggestions about the neighborhood ——————- first time ever using third party (Kayak) - maybe this type of room is what they deal in

There was a water leak in the bathroom ceiling and it was not a new leak based on the black mold growing around it. I told the front desk about it and the answer was “I will take note of it”. Pros (+) Location of hotel was great.
Cons (-) Food was overpriced for what you got. In room dining options were limited with very few light or healthy options. What they did have lacked creativity and freshness. A $40 breakfast should be both. Some staff were very friendly, others were cold and a bit too cool rather than service focused. Walls were thin and I could hear the elevator clunking loudly.

Pros (+) Clean, fashionable, good location for me, provided coffee maker for room when I asked, but what is with 3 of the 5 pods being decaf?
Cons (-) Lack of conveniently placed AC plugs to plug in while sitting on the bed. In checking out, when I asked for a restroom, I was directed down one floor! Elevator too busy + not clear how to get there on stairs = big lose! Good thing I asked about coffee, they said they would TRY to get one brought to room.
