The room was comfortable and spacious. Fitness center although small contained equipment required to have a good workout, would like to have an additional elliptical machine. There was significant light leaking into the room around the door and windows affecting sleeping conditions. The blue led light on the alarm clock was intense and required I cover it with a towel.
Outdoor patio near first floor bar was lovely. Beautiful plants and landscaping throughout the hotel and grounds enhanced our experience. Mold or mildew odor on third floor corridor was very strong. Luckily not in our room!
3 food and drink options attached to the hotel Bathrooms need to be updated! My shower head broke while taking a shower.
Really clean, and the rooms are big and well decorated. It felt much more expensive than the cost!
balcony air conditioner noisy
staff always with a smile, very attentive, rooms so pretty.
Easy to get to off highway. Friendliness of staff in both bars. At function in ballroom the staff and food was very good. There is no refrigerator in room. Also, there is no safe, which seems to be a staple in all hotels which we have been staying at.
Air conditioner was very loud and directed icy breeze directly at bed. Result was we were either too hot or too cold. (Room 130). Otherwise it was fine.
It was so clean... I asked for king size bed when I made reservation online; and ended up with double bed and no refrigeration ...other than that it was good .
The rooms are neat and clean and comfortable. the kitchenette is insufficient with only a microwave and tiny refridgerator w/o freezer, no utensils, the breatkfasts are also on the simple side.
Both common areas and the room itself was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. It was a little bit off the beaten path, but it was quiet. There were a lot of unsupervised kids acting up in the pool when I tried to go down there.

The price. Room was rather small. 3 tour buses staying crowded out the breakfast area so had to go elsewhere and buy breakfast.

V friendly staff and price Room was kind of run-down; it also smelled stale; it also had a small, noisy heater that couldn't warm up the room; tiny little shampoo and conditioner bottles. It is just 'bare bones' there at Spring Hill suites. But for the price, it was satisfactory.

located in a nice semi-rural area with lots of trees, walking trails, indoor pool/spa. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and plentiful every single day of our 7 night stay! We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The indoor pool/spa did seem to be over chlorinated on a few nights and the smell was overwhelming. They need better ventilation in this area so that guests can enjoy their pool time. The only other recommendation is to have more washers/dryers.
The rooms are comfortable. This hotel is not equipped with a larger fridge and there are not some of the amenities you find in other extended stay hotels. The hot tub was broke and we were never told of that when we booked or upon check-in, it was a surprise. The elevators certificates were out of date so that made us uncomfortable. One by 2 years! The staff was friendly..the buffet in the morning is by far the best part of this hotel. They offer far more options than a typical hotel buffet. Would definatly stay here again the proce was right.
The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable with many interesting modern design elements. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great and the location was conveniently close to Boston. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Close to lots of stores, restaurants and other shopping needs. Busy section of Route 1 to get in and out of. It took us a while to safely get out during rush hour traffic. The hotel is close to a turnaround though so that's a plus.
The staff was kind and courteous. We made several requests which were responded to astonishingly quickly. Our room was beautifully decorated and was very well-suited to our needs. Our group was a teenage son and his parents, and the layout of our room kept us all comfortable. The room had the sleeping space separated from the sitting area by a partial wall, and the sitting area included a sectional sofa, a desk and a kitchenette area with a sink, microwave and refrigerator. The space allowed us to keep our own schedules without annoying each other or bumping into each other. The breakfast was very nice, very high quality. We would stay here again on our next visit. Although it's not in the downtown area, that's a small trade-off for a very reasonable price at a very fine hotel. The beds were softer than we like.
Nice rooms, pool (a little small but not busy so it didn't matter for us) and whirlpool. Great hot breakfast. Close to highway. Excellent value for the price. If it cost as much as some other hotels in the area I wouldn't give it such a good review but for the price it's great. Clean too and we were able to check in a little early. Sofa bed mattress is quite uncomfortable, though they always are. I thought little shampoo bottles were usually standard but not included here - I found my own but I assume it's available on request. View is not great - highways on both sides and a grungy pond on the other.
Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable although perhaps slightly smaller than I was expecting. We were on the top floor near the end of the hall which made our multi-night stay nice and quiet. We would stay there again. The entrance is hard to spot at first and since the hotelast is on a divided highway, if you miss it, it'seems a nuisance going past it to the next exit, going back the other way to the exit and then driving to it again.
Quiet place, nice standard, clean Better choice of beverages (beer/wine) and snacks, since the nearest restaurant is 2 km away.
location is good Breakfast, although free is poor, served on throw away plates, etc. Food is almost throw away too. Sadly becoming commonplace in the US these days.
The lobby and restaurant were lovely. The room was nice, but the water in the was luke-warn at best. I of course did not have a chance to complain and get it fixed or switch rooms because it was only one night. They were very kind when I told them about it on check out.
Convenient, and off the main road in a quiet area. Price was very reasonable. Staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I ended up staying 2 nights because of bad weather, and the front desk accommodated me nicely. There wasn't much room to work at the desk with the coffee maker, ice bucket, etc on it. Also, service was very slow in the restaurant and bar area (I had dinner and breakfast). The night I arrived (10 pm), the restaurant had already closed.
Rooms were great almost new. Very quiet hotel, absolutely great. Staff was disorganized and not very professional.
This is a truly charming property on the grounds of Phillips Academy. Staff and service are beyond excellent. Rooms are plush and very comfortable. I will hope to visit there again soon.
What I liked best from this hotel was space. Eveything was big, the bathroom was huge and so was the standing shower. Our king size bed was plush and full of pillows. The furniture and decor was classic but chic and clean. We were very comfortable. The only thing I would complain about was the water pressure in the shower and it difnt get hot enough for me.
We stayed at The Andover Inn two day's before Christmas to be close to my son who lives in Andover. The Hotel was excellent and suited our need to perfection. It is right on the campus of Phillips Exeter Academy which is beautiful .
Laid back surroundings, club-like atmosphere, restaurant. Unless you need to be in the Andover area, it is not a convenient location.
The beautiful surroundings. Large rooms. Wonderful bedding. Historic building. Would definitely love to stay there again. Nothing!
close to family no
Nice town, close enough to Boston airport (about 35 min. drive), quiet. Check in took about 20 min. because they had no record of our Priceline reservation. We were tired (it was 2 am), showed them a print out of our Priceline reservation, and although we were the only ones waiting to check in it still took too long.
The setting was beautiful and the Inn was a mix of old and new. I loved it!
Right off the highway, but could not hear highway noise. Comfortable bed; clean room. Fulfilled expectations.
Newer upscale brand name property No free breakfast

Very clean, very spacious, loved it! Nope, everything was great!
Sliding door topatio outside room, indoor pool, quiet location. No recycling, no microwave in room--had to walk quite a distance back to lobby, some updating wouldn't hurt. Mini fridge but not freezer.
location arrived late, door locked knocked and knocked. Cleaning staff very loud in morning....breakfast pretty bad.
The pool area, the room with its balcony. The CourtYard, and the cleanliness All good
Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We arrived after the dining section was closed but they had a nice variety of snacks available including fresh fruit cups. Doors closing loudly and constantly in the early morning, kids running up and down the hall.
Room is small. No room for sofa bed. I reserved a room for 2 adults, but it did not work..
Everything no complains here. Very satisfied. Nothing
Updated modern rooms and interior design, clean, good porches with separate exit/entrance on first floor rooms Vending and ice machines were not in a convenient spot, not enough privacy in each room, cannot even play TV loudly without others in rooms next door complaining.
Bed is very comfortable. Nothing
Staff and location. Room was nicely decorated and featured lovely appliances, two Tv's and separate sleeping and sitting areas. Also, breakfast was excellent. Not a dislike, but it would be great if the hotel featured an indoor pool. Most pools in the area offer this amenity. Also, I retrieved a spare blanket from the closet and it was loaded with pet hair. It was replaced and the staff vacuumed the sofa.
breakfast terribly small workout room. hokey set up needing to walk unsheltered between buildings.
Spacious clean rooms. Great location. One of the better breakfasts in this area. It is what you would expect in an upscale suites hotel.
Best complimentary breakfast I've encountere in years.

I like the spacious rooms and location. The staff was wonderful.
the room is quite big and very clean. no inside swimming pool
The front desk staff was exceptionally pleasant and courteous, and eager to learn of any way in which the visit could be improved. I also thought the lobby restroom was extremely clean, and the fitness center had a useful, high-end elliptical machine. I did not like the bed as it was too soft, sagged in the middle, and offered a disruptive sleep. The HVAC system also was noisy to the point where I opened the windows and shut off the air conditioning only to be surprised by the loud running of a vent.
My suite was nice and clean. Loved it.
Very nice hotel, clean, very spacious rooms -- true suites. Clean breakfast room, very small gym facility. Fresh coffee in the lobby, very pleasant staff. People bring in their own foods, there are all kinds of smell in the stairwells, although staff is trying its best to clean things up. Hotel is in a business park and quite tricky to find, as the only sign is just outside their driveway.
Nice, new, clean Breakfast on plastic plates. No service during breakfast.
There was one staff member that was absolutely outstanding. Her name was Suheidy Ventura. She was always ready with a smile and so welcoming. She is perfect to represent your hotel. She always addressed me by my name right after she met me. The room was wonderful. You have thought of every thing to make the stay very comfortable.
Quaint 1920s hotel remodeled decently. Nice ambiance. There's a letter drop at the elevator, two good restaurants in the lobby, and the staff are very helpful. You cannot control the temperature in your room. The heat as a central system either on or off. Consequently, my room with broiling when I got there and had to open the window even though it was 10° outside. I have no idea how it is in the summertime. There are no refrigerators microwaves or anything like that easily available. The water that comes out of the faucet tastes funny and has a lot of sediment so the hotel gives you a bottle of water every day. I had to buy my own water though because that is not enough.
Reasonably priced. Walking distance to everything in Salem. Room was always clean. I definitely would recommend.
The staff was wonderful The bathroom was too drafty
The rooms and facilities were great. The staff was professional and helpful. I've had better breakfasts at economy hotels. The food quality was very disappointing and not up to the standards I expected (given the cost and quality of the facility).
The hotel was quiet, room is big enough and breakfast is actually very good. None, it was the perfect stay!
The room was very new, extremely clean and we would recommend staying here. It was a pleasure to find this hotel en route to our destination.
The King size bed was comfortable and room was somewhat clean just a few dust spots Your TV's need to be updated and also the bathrooms
Appreciated the indoor parking as it rained the whole time we were there and the room was very comfortable.
Friendly staff, clean and extremely comfortable room. This isn't the first time I've stayed here and certainly won't be my last! Nothing. Smooth sailing all around.
Room space Internet performance late, It is slow response.
The personel was very helpful in guiding us with our city tour. Easy in easy out to the highways and resonably priced for the comfort level it offers. I would say that the service at the restaurant could be fatser.
- when I checked out, I settled by a mean of payment different from the credit card used for reservation; I've had a problemon my credit card(double debit); the problem was solved by the intetvention of Booking - suggestion for who travels in group: the hotel, that is located at 18 km from the town, provides a shuttle that takes you to rhe train station in Woburn (it takes 20 mn by ttrain to go to town); bur, as the retutn train ti ket costs $12 per person, it' s betterto take the car and park iit near the Noeth Station
Being woken up at 7am on Sunday by fire alarms telling us to exit the building. Don't even know what but went right back in. No apologies or information upon check out.
Very nice room. Comfortable and clean. Excellent price for location Staff was helpful Easy access to interstate and Boston. Heater was noisy No paper and pen in the room Breakfast could have used a few more items
It was very dirty and needs many repairs.
Staff is friendly and quick. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great value for the business traveler. Breakfast is very simple, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bread, cereal, coffee, juice.
Most everything was very good. The only real problem was the breakfast. It was not terrible but there was not enough seating and the staff had a hard time keeping up with replacing food and utensils.
The location was fabulous for visiting downtown Boston. Even with a daily parking fee when we went downtown it was still cheaper than other options. The room was very modern and included a mini fridge. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. I know you don't stay somewhere for the breakfast alone but it really helps cut down on trip costs and this one did not even have cereal and milk.
Value for money! Great room (Big and clean) and free parking & Wifi Elevators was a bit old and not always clean
The room itself was quite nice, and the beds were comfortable. We noticed that there were no bath towels and only one hand towel in the bathroom. We also noticed that there were remains of food left in the drawer of the dresser. I called and asked for this to be taken care of. They provided towels but left the food crumbs. I asked about towels for the pool and was told they were at the pool. There were none, so I had to call to ask for those. The pool was lacking clarity, but it was okay and my grandkids enjoyed it. The service personnel were mediocre. Would work on their own tasks before taking care of customer standing before them (me). The breakfast was very mediocre, and food most desired not replace. The "donuts" - (is that what they were?) were inedible.
The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located near target and several decent restaurants. The pool that was advertised here, and on the site, was closed and there was no indication that this would be the case. I specifically chose the hotel for that reason. The hotel itself is one of those red neon-lighted places, and looks nothing like the picture. Very dingy and tired place. The water pressure in the showers was horrible, and the hot water lasted for a few minutes at best. The towels could use some serious fabric softener. The walls are extremely thin, so bring some ear plugs if you plan on getting any sleep at all. They charge you to use the safe, whether you use it or not, and you have to ask for the fee to be removed at the end of your stay.
THE POOL I guess! The customer service was the worst I had ever seen and I have been In hotels all over from mass to Florida Virginia south Carolina ext.I have been up and down the eastern sea board. So when me and my family get there the place looked ok so we gave it a chance. My kids like the pool so first day my wife bring my kids to the pool there r two ppl making out kissing and all over eachother so my wife ask the front desk if they could do something about it and they just ask them to leave the pool. So two minutes after my 7 yo and 1yo sees them kissing again. So my wife says something to the front desk they tell them to stop and didn't remove them from the hotel!! So later that night the two ppl got arrested cause enough ppl complained and nothing was done so the cops were called.they left. So I came back to the hotel and I was outside with my wife andshe was telling me what happened and my 7 year old son was standing with us and my son says daddy what's that smell I told him nothing go back inside. There was 5 guys outside smoking marijuana I told the front desk what happened and the guy said r they still out there I said no he said then what do u want me to do about it and I told him about the two junkies kissing in front of my kids and he jumped on the phone and the phone didn't even ring!! So I stood there for a few minutes and he acted like I wasn't there!! So I went back to my room.So the next day I left for work my wife told the management what happened and allshe said was he's new.so on the last day I was at the hotel I went to transfer money to my debit card and my account was minus 440 cause the hotel held 440 and then went back on my card and took another 440 for the room. So it put my account way overdrawn so I tried to ask the front desk management why they did that and the manager was very rude and said before I answer anything u need to book another night. So I went back and forth with my card and the hotel come to find out it was red roofinn fault so this whole thing got resolved late in the afternoon and the manager only thing the manager has to say is u need to book another night or u and yur family have to leave right now!!! I told her that after missing a whole days work cause of red roof i can't stay she told me u need to leave right now!! So that night me and my family slept in the car I have a one yo seven years old and a 10 yo and my wife had to sleep in my car until the next day!! So how was my experience at red roof inn?? It was the worst experience of my life!! I hope this helps
your breakfast was great, Smoking area should have been in the back of the building. The odor in the entry way area was terrible. It seemed that patrons were hanging around the breakfast area and families or patrons who were going to eat couldn't sit in the area.
Pool Complementary breakfast No pen and paper in room Hardwood floor in room Had to walk past front door to get from pool to room. It was cold out.
Dirty and noisy place
The breakfast was wonderful! The room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. Good lighting in the bathroom and good water pressure. The old blower/heater unit on the floor, against the wall. Feels very 1970s!
The property is in need of some TLC or attention. I have stayed with Sonesta before but would not stay again if this was first experience with them. Bathroom had hair on the edge of tub and in the corner of bathroom - not reassuring that room was clean. The door to the bathroom didn't close all the way because the door frame was warped. Some very strong fragrance - perhaps room deodorized was so overbearing you could taste it. Dirty knives in the silverware drawer. Front desk didn't ask how the stay was or I might have shared this with them. Very disappointing stay
Room was clean and well maintained. Some breakfast items were above expectations while others were below expectations (is it possible to water down scrambled eggs...seemed like it). Too few staff speak or understand english. Advertised items (grab and go breakfast) did not exist, and given a run -around when I asked about it (last person in the chain said "no!"). Overflowing trash can in front of the hotel is an eyesore and sanitary issue.
Danielle and Heather at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Overall the staff seemed very nice. I would go back.
The staff was amazingly friendly--from the front desk to the breakfast crew to the room maintenance staff. Also, the location gave great access to major highways as well as Middlesex Turnpike (to get to the Alewife T station). It would be nice if they could refinish the metal in the elevator cabs. The rest of the interior decorations were fun and creative, but then you get into elevators that look abused and it took away from the overall effect.
The staff was very friendly. The room was big and well kept.
My sister and I enjoyed the suite! Plenty of room and the kitchen added an extra plus.
The hotel offers large suites with friendly and green surroundings. As European, I don't like the fact that all breakfeast dishes are plastic and to be trashed (knowing that this is still common in the US...)
The water park was the only part that was enjoyable. The lack of customer service , staff was very inconsiderate and very hard to get intouch with. They made you feel as if you where a bother.
Great value. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The restaurant needs some work. Does not have a greeter and staff does poor job on responding to patrons waiting to be seated. The baretenders could care less about being there. Stayed 4 nights and could never get anyones attention to be seated to have dinner. Had dinner one night at the bar and the bartender acted like I was bothering her for drinks and ordering dinner.
Everything was awesome
The cleanliness of the room was amazing. The decor was great. The staff was very friendly. There was nothing I didn't like.
Liked the room. Breakfast was very nice. Staff very friendly & accomodating. Convenient to hospital and loved the shuttle. Asked for a robe & extra blankets as my husband had surgery the day before & was cold. Staff brought them, but they were both so raggedy & torn that I almost hated using them. Seriously they need to be brought to the local shelter for dogs. Time to replace or don't offer them.
Location is nice. Right off the highway and close to upscale mall. Need more selections in the longe. Didn't seem to care about upgrading elites.
Very nice lobby / restaurant area. Extremely comfortable beds. Inconvenient facilities and amenities in the room. Room had "budget"-grade fixtures and amenities (bathroom / furniture in room). Not pleased with that after paying for a premium hotel.
I loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. It was so nice and relaxing. I particularly liked that it all stayed open until 11pm, because at so many hotels the hours are hard to use. 6am-11pm gave us plenty of time to take full advantage of the relaxing. The beds were very comfy. The services was nice. We had room service breakfast and the man who brought it was very nice and polite. The front desk helped us a lot by allowing us an extending check out due to a wedding we had to prep for. The fire place and wall of water in the lobby were beautiful. It is a great location. Peacefully situated but also close to a huge mall so you can get all sorts of food and anything you needed. The restaurant and room service in the hotel were very expensive. Luckily there is a mall down the street with much more affordable options. We went the the rain forest cafe and had fun. Other than that I really loved everything. It was a great day and just what we needed.
Everyone I encountered was helpful. After only 2 days staff were saying hello. Having a Starbucks set up in the morning was particularly nice. Dining in the restaurant was fantastic. Food very good. The facility is over priced for the suburbs. The rooms Do not justify the price.
Room is comfortable.. Good bed. Too noisy during the day due to current renovation. Had to change room, but still noisy.
Comfortable and quiet
The staff was very nice,we felt very velcome and it was nice to have the scuttle driving os to the mall .
The hotel was very good value, convenient to access, the staff was fiorst class and we enjoyed our stay. not applicable
good quality hotel with excellent services
just a very nice place- everything was wonderful just finding it in the dark, sign by the road would help
This hotel is so well maintained and spotlessly clean. Even though it's not a 5 star hotel it's large enough that it's well staffed all the time. Even when we had our "do not disturb" sign out in the morning our room was quickly cleaned when we were out in the afternoon. We were in town to visit our son and hotel staff were very helpful in accommodating our 2 young (age 3 & 6) granddaughters when they came to stay with us a couple of nights. Also the hotel was full of HS Soccer teams in town for a tourney and the hotel strictly enforced "quiet hours". I was very pleased with that! Also loved that the coffee maker is a Keurig. They don't furnish many pods and they were not my favorite brand, but there's a grocery very close to the hotel so we bought a box of our favorite brand and also a small carton of half and half and kept it in the fridge. We really liked having a fridge and a microwave in the room. We have special diet needs so we actually made our own breakfast in the room. Was fun to make popcorn for the kiddos and watch a movie with them before bedtime too! The hotel is so close to shopping! Burlington Mall is very nice. The indoor pool is large which is good but the maintenance staff does not understand that it's an INDOOR pool! When maintaining an outdoor pool the wind and sun deplete chemicals, therefore a lesser quantity of chemicals are needed indoors. Some people may believe that more chemicals = safer sanitation, but that's not true. I've been responsible for maintaining a pool and too much is just too much. Even with an outdoor pool if there is too much chlorine in the water you use large fans to lower the concentration (yes- wind, even from fans, removes chemicals from the water). The water was cloudy (it should be clear if chemicals are used appropriately) and also foamy which means too much fungi control chemical was used, which is very unfealthy. I bought goggles to protect my granddaughter's eyes, but they still had an itchy rash from the water, probably from the fungicide which not really needed very often indoors since direct sun is what causes fungi in a pool. An over chlorinated pool is not dangerous to your health, just unpleasant, but when the water is foamy and cloudy, that's very bad. I really wanted to prop all the doors open and set up some fans!
The shuttle drivers were extraordinarily friendly! Alfred mentioned that we were near Lexington and took me to all of the sights. He and the other drivers definitely helped to make my weekend stay awesome! The room itself was wonderful and very comforting to come home to each night! 5/5 would recommend.
a very short visit, great room!
Our room at this property had a serious ventilation problem which they acknowledged but made no effort to mitigate. The heavy odor of cooking bacon woke us each morning at 5am and did not immediately dissipate rather lingered in the room and hallways. The odor was strong and very offensive.
I like the atmosphere and everyone was very nice and it was quite too. I didn't like how small the bathroom was..I felt closed in, also didn't like that my room was next to an elevator.
Clean Accomadations came as a couple was given room with two twin beds said third party booking so they couldnt fo anything ?? there was no more king rooms Or queen beds im guessing
The building is a leed gold, which means green energy efficient building with great indoor air quality. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I would love to stay there again. The pool water was full of salt and chlorine.
the staff were both kind and helpful
It was very different from the standard hotel looks, in that they are very colorful and the organization of the space and room is very unique. Definitely nice to see a hotel that is not the standard fare, especially outside of a major city. The king sized bed was pillow top and felt amazing. They had so many pillows on the bed that we had to move some off to a lounge chair. They gave out (free) bags of ice downstairs in the snack bar area instead of having an ice dispenser on each floor, which was another oddity, but we were ok with that. No complimentary breakfast, but there was an area where they served food if you wanted to order it for 24hrs. They have shampoo and body soap dispensers that are attached to the wall under the shower head. First time we saw that, and not sure if we liked it or not because it can be opened by guests and refilled, but it was better if you use a lot of shampoo and conditioner. They use Bliss products which was nice. Room was very well lit, with two separate overhead reading lights at the bed. Indoor pool was nice since it closed at 11pm. The water was a good temp but theres lots of chlorine in that water though. Overall a clean and neat experience at this hotel. I'd recommend it. Water pressure in the shower could be better. It didn't feel strong enough to wash away all the soap. Hard to get out of the parking lot of the hotel into the main road, as the stop light took about 8 minutes to change to green. Not sure if this may be a city street light issue, but they should probably have a better exit onto a main road. Bathroom could be a bit bigger as the fridge was underneath the bathroom sink.
From the time I walked through the door, I was the most important person standing in front of the agent. They made me feel like I had stayed there before. They made sure at everthing was taken care of. None
I had an extremely pleasant stay, and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable option right outside of Boston that has exceptional customer service. I stayed here on a visit from FL to see my family, and wanted to enjoy the serene environment of Lexington as an escape from the city. Everything was flawless with our stay.
The bar area, food was good, drinks we're good. The contemporary look was nice, overall great experience. The pool area was very small and extremely hot.
Very clean, modern and the staff was so helpful and sweet. Not a thing.
I was impressed that the hotel was undergoing renovations. Clearly, Clarion is trying to improve the facility as demonstrated by the construction trailer and blue tape evident. They need to pick up the pace on the work. My room needed some attention in the bath and shower. Just old fixtures and counter top. Also, front entrance needs to be improved. Not a great first impression.
was cheap and the front desk was cheery and nice (also dealt with the snow quickly) room was a little dated and the bathroom was a little weird but over all was worth it for the price
Did like much about it all can't think of a positive thing to say. Rooms were old and dumpy my bed had a big sag in it they had updated the bathroom but not the rest of the room old TVs my heater didn't work that well terrible bedding and the place just wasn't that clean smelled of pot
Staff very accommodating and the location was perfect. Breakfast was slightly different everyday. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Moulding around the door in bathroom staples were exposed.
customer service was excellent. Family-like environment
Everyone was very friendly, the room was just cleaned. Quiet. The finish on the tub was peeling. Time to refinish the tub!!! Room 144
Cheap and a direct route to airport It was under renovation .. The room was not very clean.. Had pet odors, and non smoking room smelled of cigarettes, cracks in the wall
A bar was right next to the lobby staff was very polite It was under construction
The location and some music. No Business office with computer or printer to use.. WIFI on and off most of the time.Room 148 below standard. Bathrooms deplorable. Lady manager very rude and unprofessional. Substandard breakfast menu.
The bed and bedding, the staff, the live music downstairs the shower nozzle
