Andrew was an amazing manager/agent
Pros: I had a hard time finding rental car that I could rent from LA and drop-off at LAX. When I asked Andrew if they offered any shuttle to go to the airport, he immediately offered for a free return at LAX! However, on my drop-off day, the agent at the airport charged me extra $50. The next day Andrew found out about it and waived the fee for me before I called. 5-star for him!

I would Avis it again. .
Pros: What can I say. .. Great customer service. .New car. Great price. Also, it's local. No more goin to L.A.X to get a rental.
