Was excellent. Asked for an extra 1 hour and my booking was extended to 24 hours. I was early so was offered an electric Mustang. Cool car. Only issue was charging it. Given I’m from Australia I don’t have local apps and credit card for charging a bit hit and miss. Overall very happy.Reviewed Jun 19 2026

They never gave me a car because when I got there, they told me that they did not have any cars available when I had a reservation in hand. And I got charged for insurance without a car. How ridiculous is that? RC cover better return my moneyReviewed Jun 17 2026

Fast, in terminal pick-up. Courtesy Agent Suggestion - maybe in paper information provided, include someting like: Return Process Park in any of the spots numbered x - y Bring your keys in the exit of the Baggage Claim and drop them in the drop box. Going into the exit never seems like the right thing to do. When you are rushing to catch a flight, your brain turns off. :)Reviewed Jun 16 2026
