Do better. Within hours of pick up & after preregistration where disclosure of personal information was requested, I received a text message that there was not a vehicle available for me. It should be clear that this could happen. I had no back up plan. I wasn’t aware that the registration doesn’t secure the rental.Reviewed Aug 28 2026

I love that my reserved vehicle wasn't given away! I needed a 15 passenger van for a wedding and it was there! I also loved the pre-register email because it allowed me to give all of my information and credit card before arriving. All I had to do was present my driver's license and I was all set!
