Originally on the booking mode was a Toyota Cross as was looking for a vehicle that could accommodate my 3 big suitcases. On arrival at the desk the person attending me said that this choice was not available but to go and look at the other 2 vehicles on offer (a Suzuki & Cherry). Both were much smaller and could only fit 2 of my suitcases. The young lady did some "brainstorming" and offered me a VW Polo sedan as she saw that I had initially looked at a Toyota Quest which I knew could accommodate these 3 suitcases. The problem was that the Quest was in Manual and I wanted Automatic. It was the right choice, and this young lady satisfied my needs by "going out of the box". Unfortunately, I did not get her name as I would hv liked to thank her in this msg. If somehow, it can be traced who attended to me and relay the compliment personally would be greatly appreciated.

Asian guy working at the office was the rudest person ever. So arrogant , sarcastic and unprofessional.

I hited through a 3rd party and ended up paying a substantial amount for wsiver cover or something similar as well as leaving a charge on the card. I was not informed of this at time of pickup. The girl at the checkin was very polite and friendly but i feel i sould hsve been made aware of this. I have used budget a lot over the years and this was my first bad experience.

I did not pick up the car from Avis - they don’t have any cars available until 2pm Totally unacceptable I’ll never use Avis again, I had to run around in the morning to find another car from Enterprise for twice the $ amount

Avis was so great and affordable, even upgraded me to a nice car that worked a lot better for me. Very reasonably priced as well, great, easy policies. Huntsville was a little backed up/busy and had to wait in a pretty long line to get my car but was appreciative that there were no issues with the reservation and a nice car!

The worst experience. In stead of a sedan we were given 12 passengers van.

Car was dirty outside. Windshield washer fluid was low. No one was available in the lot to give me the car keys. New Haven Airport is terrible.
