45 minute line to pickup car. Double charged. What else could go wrong besides my car breaking down?

What could have been better was the fact that I shouldn’t need a major line credit card just to rent a car! I have kids, a verifiable job and still can’t get a car?! That’s insane. If a customer has the money for the amount quoted then I should be able to swipe a debit card or give cash and be able to get the car!

Payed that much money, car was steering shaking, very noisy for the front wheels. When dropped the car complained about the issue, no body even asked for any compensations.

It took one hour (literally, 60 minutes) to get to the front of the line. It then took 20 more minutes to be told where my car was, as "they were temporarily out of cars" when i got to the front of the line.

It is not Avis problem. It is miscommunication between kayak and Expedia. According to kayak the pickup location was 64 th street NYC. Were as in Avis and Expedia the location is different queens NY.
