Pros:The double upgrade.
Cons:45 minutes in line. Only serviced 5 customers with two attendants during that time. We went outside to get our car to find NO cars in the lot, only trucks and vans. They were waiting for cars. Must have been a crazy busy week in ABQ

Pros:No hassles on either end of a one way rental. Very reasonable rate.
Pros:Hotel rental staff not very helpful or professional but airport staff was very good.
Cons:The car was not available at the location specified, I had to travel to another location to pick up the vehicle. I was told they did not have the Chrysler in their fleet anymore, then one magically showed up.
Cons:I flew into Albuquerque Avis said my rental was at a location 30 minutes away and I had to rent a vehicle for 3x the original rental rate. They had me hostage I had no choice, my reservation was in the system and nothing was attempted to help other that take advantage of the situation.
Pros:Our plane was about an hour late and we were worried they might close. They stayed open though as a few people on our flight had cars booked.
Cons:First, they did not have the car I made a reservation for. In fact, they only had 2 cars left on the lot. The car they gave us was not nearly as nice as what I had reserved and it was also incredibly dirty (so much so that the guy gave us a small discount because he felt bad). They were not clear during the rental process and, even though I made the reservation in my name (I was planning on driving) my travel partner paid for the car -- at the end of which the associate said I would have to pay extra to add myself as a driver and that it was too late to switch the main driver. This was super frustrating as we had mentioned in the beginning of the transaction that I would be driving and he never said a thing about it until after all was done and paid for. We did end up getting a decent deal, but for a dirty car that we didn't want.
Pros:I liked the price.
Cons:The agent was rude, tried to rip me off big time and when I caught him and went to another agent he came down and tried to bully the other agent to rip us off too.
