The pick up and drop off were very easy and accommodating. The shuttle to and from the airport, even at 4am, was great!

Pros:Budget personnel at the Albuquerque Airport get five stars for finding us a AWD SUV and getting us on our way for a reasonable up charge for airport taxes and especially under the circumstances! We cannot thank Gil enough!
Cons:We reserved a Budget SUV that turned out to be in downtown Albuquerque. By the time we were told we had to take the shuttle back to the airport to get a $40 cab ride to the other location it would have been too late in the day to rent the SUV. A caution should be noted on addresses that are not connected to the shuttle service from airports. Also noting rental closing times.
First off my flight landed at 11:20 AM on Saturday. I called the location that was my reservation. I told him I would be six minutes away. They said they would wait for me but keep in mind they close at 12 I took a Uber to get there I go to location come to find out 1145 they completely locked their doors. I tried calling them six times and they completely ignore me Crying and very upset since I needed this truck to move my family member I called the reservation hotline and they transfer me to another location. That’s an hour away damaged. My reservation and plans reserve resort to me to pay extra day rental. I will not be using budget anymore. I’m very unhappy with the customer service they have given me.
Pros:The vehicle was real nice and the outside staff did their job well.
Cons:Quoted price of $230 ended up being $570 with add on fees, refueling charges, airport fees, etc., etc. What a snake pit of fast talking disinformation and deception. NEVER going to use this company again. There are much better options that I will use, and I'll encourage others to do the same.
Pros:The attendant stayed until 2am even though they close at 1 so we could make it. Our flight was delayed over an hour.

Cons:Due to delayed flights, and short hours of operation we went to pick up our full size SUV the next morning. To our dismay, or only did Budget not have our SUV, they had NO vehicles whatsoever. with no solution we had to sit and wait, in hopes of cars coming back early. Eventually we got a Subaru car and were still charged the same rate as the more expensive full size SUV. Not happy.
Pros:People nice at ultimate car receiving. Also, people at ABQ desk were nice.
Cons:The car receiving location was so far from the airport that my taxi to get the car was $50 - which made the total cost almost as much as getting the car at ABQ. You have lost me!!
