Pros:The car itself was fine. Upon pick up the system was down and we had to do everything manually. The guy used my online reservation. When I returned the car they charged me $660 when my reservation was for $91. They told had to speak to someone at the counter. There was one young guy and people ahead of me. I asked him if I could speak to the mgr, which he called for. I waited 10 minutes and left bc I had to catch my flight. I called and the office was closed due to holiday (Dec 26 2016). The next day I called again and the lady refunded me. She was unsure of what had happened. However, it still billed my cc the $660 and I'm waiting for the refund. Just a very annoying thing to happen.
Cons:Pick up time on agreement was 4:00. We arrived at 11:00. We were informed they didn't have our car since it was early nor did they have an economy. Instead of $108 they wanted $560 for an upgrade. After much time spent haggling we got a $280 price. Never again
Pros:Car was good. Very clean, well maintained and handled beautifully

Cons:No one at drop off lot. went inside to desk and agent only asked for keys. all set? yes. they did not ask for fuel receipt at drop off. so, charged $14. called dollar, must send a scanned copy of my gas fill up receipt (within 10 miles). Ugh!
Cons:After the flight we had to wait in line 30 minutes. Then the day after we turned it in my card was charged $125 more than the quote and receipt.
Pros:Telephone support was excellent.

Pros:Worn windshield wipers, hardly working air conditioning, and no windshield wiper fluid made for a very dangerous trip through rain and snow.
Pros:Agent service was simple, quick and efficient.
Cons:You might consider handing out a small paper map of the lot where the position of the car can be highlighted/marked. Although identified by number with the keys, confusion exists for location as the lot is also used by AdAdvantage with their numbering system. Particularly difficult during darkness.
Pros:I really enjoyed driving the Kia Soul, it was fun and not too bad on gas. Would like electronic locks but that's okay.
Cons:Would be nice to add a second driver without the $13 fee.
