We reserved a minivan and actually got a minivan! The employees were so kind! We were able to get in and out quickly with no waiting or problems. The experience was easy!

I was never able to get a car from them. I paid for a car rental and about an hour before I was scheduled to pick it up, they called and told me they didn’t have any cars today. I asked “do any other locations?” They said “you can call around.” I asked if they could do that for me so they told me they’d transfer my call. Then they hung up on me. I tried to get a rental from another location. The same thing happened there. “No cars today.” I called the corporate line. I was told that someone would be reaching out to me from a third location either by phone or by email. I didn’t hear from anyone. I called back to ask to cancel any reservation I had with them. That at least was easy. However, I had paid for insurance through Kayak and now I have to email another party to get a refund for the insurance I paid on the car I never got.
The trunk was not clean. Had Christmas tree pine needles in it. We were not given instructions that our hotel room key needed to be programmed to exit the garage gate. We had to get the valet to open the gate. Nobody was there to receive the keys at drop off. We texted the number provided with no response. We did arrive 45 minutes early but waited until after our scheduled drop off time. Texted again letting them know keys were put in the Dropbox. They responded to confirm and said they did not receive the first text earlier. Later, I got a call saying they were returning my call (I had not called them). Better communication and someone onsite when scheduled would be an improvement but the employee who helped when we picked up the car was very nice.
