Cons: I arrived slightly after my reservation time, though I called to tell them that I would be late. They told me that they would be able to hold my car for an hour after my reservation time. I got there and was told that they didn't have a car for me. The employee told me that a car was getting an oil change and it should be back in ten minutes, so I sat down to wait. An HOUR and several returns later, I ask how much longer it's going to be. The employee said, "Oh well we just got this car back, is that okay?" I told him yes, any car was fine, at that point. The car wasn't cleaned, or checked for damages, so I was worried that I might be charged but when I looked it over, it seemed fine. Frustrated that I had to wait for so long when others came in after me and left with cars before me.

Cons: It was different location instead of airport location. When I booked I mentioned about BNA but location was near university area. I had to take public bus to get there in 1 and half hours. Had to wait 3 hours to get a car. Was not available there at that time at that location. wasted my time.

If i could give a negative star rating i would
Pros: The only thing that I found helpful was a lady named Carrie at the call center. And even tho I still have not received my money back yet(because of another employee negligence to do their job properly) she was very helpful.
Cons: Everything! When we got there, we had to wait almost r0 minutes for a car because they didn't have 1. Then because I used my card and paid online(fuel account) but the reservation was in my fiancé's name they were not going to rent to us any way. They tried to run my credit and were going to charge an additional $200. Then I had several more problems when I called the 800 number to get my money released. Just horrible and I will never use them again!

Awful Staff at Pickup Location
Cons: Staff were rude, misinformed, power tripping d-bags.
