Pros: Friendly and informative staff, a car exactly like the one we reserved, quick service. We couldn't have asked for anything else!

Overall, Good Experience
Pros: The pick up process was fairly simple and straight forward.
Cons: There were some technical difficulties with the portable device used to go through the contract and collect payment so the rep had to go back inside to process our credit card so the pick up took a bit long. However, we were not in a rush so it wasn't a big deal. Also, they gave us two keys but the two keys were on one "loop" and we could not figure any way to get them apart so what was the point in having two keys?

Pros: The people were fantastic. Very helpful. The vehicle was clean and fueled up. One of the best experience at an Enterprise.

Pros: I asked about the price difference and was told Chattanooga agent put me in a mid-size without saying he was upgrading me from a compact, but then also going to charge me. When I turned car in in Nashville, they honored the compact car price.

Touring Mid-South and Beyond
Pros: Ease of reserving and modifying reservation. Quality of cars and fair daily rates. Generally efficient and effective customer care, except Clarksdale, TN. Quick check-in and check-out. Will continue to use Enterprise CA and US. Customer of four decades. Enterprise remains one of Best in USA in car rentals.
Cons: -Advertised but not Delivered! Was not offered Pick-Up in Nashville BNA, TN n'hood store. -Unfortunately I had a small fender bender which triggered the engine light on intermediate car. Contacted local Clarksdale, MS agent for car exchange and was promised a specific same size car. Upon arrival store was closed in mid aft for over a full hour and with no agent picking up phone. When finally open, I was given a smaller car. Agent misspoke on promise of a specific vehicle. BEWARE of any promise; get it in writing. -Advertised but not Delivered! Arrived back in Nashville BNA neighborhood store and was offered a Drop-Off after I called for my ride because they stated they did not offer Pick-Up and Drop-Off at this store. Get you're story straight. Do not mess around with customer care.

Cons: we had our reservation at the first location and when we showed up they didn't have a car for us (they did call and leave a message but i I didn't check my messages). unacceptable! if you reserve a car there should be a car waiting for you.

This location is not adequate
Cons: The car was fine but the location was terrible. I arrived 10 minutes early but they did not have any cars. I waited nearly an hour and a half to get a vehicle. I was not offered a discount and then I was ignored while they took care of more vocal customers that arrived after me.

Cons: Had a flat tire on the 2nd day and it was a huge hassle to get it fixed or get another car. Enterprise expected me to go to a separate location and wait the entire day to get the tire fixed and then they would reimburse me. The 2nd option was to come later in the day to get another vehicle, which required a 30 min drive each way on a tire they may or may not make it. In the end we had the extend the rental to take care of the problem and they charged double the original rate to extend for one day.

Pros: Kayak gave me a quote for a rental car place out of the airport and saved us about $800. We got an uber driver for $20 to the remote location.

Friendly, pleasant rental experience
Pros: This Enterprise location was fantastic. It was easy to find, was near the airport, and the staff was great. I was served quickly and enjoyed talking to the clerk, who was also nice enough to suggest where we could grab lunch (it was great!). Really pleased with the overall experience.
Cons: The only downside was that there was no shuttle from the airport, so we had to take a cab.

Dirty car and unfriendly people
Pros: The car was cheap.
Cons: The people at the desk were very unfriendly and unorganized. The car was dirty and stained on the inside. The cupholders had built up coke stains from the last person who used the car. and there was trash left in the car from the last users. I wish I would have refused the car and opted for the higher price at the airport. Will not be using enterprise again.

Pros: The staff at the checkout were friendly.
Cons: We opted to upgrade to the next higher level of car because they only had a "Smart Car" in the economy class. The increase in cost was not explained. We added my sister as the driver. They did not tell us that would be $10 per day. We opted to prepay for gas at $2.34 per gallon so we brought it back almost empty. The contract did not indicate that, and we were charged more. They said there would be a $64 charge for the drop off. We ended up being charged $491 instead of $361. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get these things corrected, talking to about 6 different people. I was so confused. I finally got someone to agree to credit me $84. She was not happy, and the credit has not shown up yet.

Cons: The mechanical condition of the car was poor. The brakes were not good and made funny noises. The engine made funny noises as well. It was a Dodge Dart.

Pros: Expedited and efficient.
Cons: I was not made aware of the gas shortage in Nashville. I went to a number of gas stations which had bags over their pumps. I was forced to take the car back and pay a premium to have the Rental Car company fill the gas take since I did not opt for the lower gas price before signing the rental agreement.

Pros: Attention to details, friendly staff, and clean cars. The process of getting into car is extremely efficient with little to no wait times. This is the third time they have taking exceptional car of my family, I would highly recommend this company to anyone traveling to Nashville.

Pros: I made the reservation online and arrived at the airport to find some of the most courteous folks there to help me. Check in at the counter was a breeze. The folks in the garage were top notch and explained everything well. There wasn't any pressure put on me to purchase additional insurance or extras. Taylor was great to work with and kept a smile on her face.
Cons: I didn't like the walk from the rental counter to the garage but that's not any fault of Enterprise. I suppose it could be worse in a larger airport.

Cons: Drop was not well manned, check out was not at carside, all told to leave keys in car and go to desk. had to walk to garage kiosk and wait in line to get copy of return paperwork. Took forever when worried about getting inside and through security. Ohter renal companies have carside check in and it's over is 30 seconds or less.

Exactly what I needed
Pros: My experience was very positive. The people at Enterprise were polite, kind and helpful. Pick up and drop off was very quick and it was a great experience overall.
Cons: I couldn't figure out how to pause my ipod from the steering wheel controls or dashboard of the Altima.

Enterprise is now my go-to rental car company :)
Pros: Very friendly, kind workers. The car I received was so cute and clean! (Red Fiat 500 Sport) Car drove really well. Made for a fun trip from LR to Nashville! Received a warm welcome to Nashville by the crew working in the garage. Professional service with good employees. Wish I knew the guys names in LR/Nashville because they deserve some recognition. :)
Cons: It would be nice to have the employee explain the cars features before leaving, show where buttons are for things if in a weird place, etc. The Fiat is designed differently inside and drives differently than standard vehicles (has 6 gears that you have to know how to use to keep RPM low) so it took me a little bit to figure that out.

Cons: There was confusion over the pick-up location. I had requested Nashville airport, but my documentation had an address which I was told was down town, and was closed when I arrived. However, we did sort it out amicably.

problems with returning. Over charged and 45 minut
Pros: The people were nice and polite. I thought i ould have a chance to pick the car i wanted or at least a color... I didnt get that chance. Clean office and car.
Cons: I had no trouble renting the car and matching the cost with my on line quote ($187). However, when i returned it, i was being charged over $400! Granted i forgot to fill the tank so the 16 gallon tank was only half full, so i was charged a premium fee for 10 gallons, even though the tank is only a 16 galln tank. I was hoing to drop off the car and get out of short term parking in less than 30 minutes so it would be free. The customer service person kept runnng the numbers to find out why my charge was showing over $400. I didnt get to leave for 45 minutres, therefore had to pay for parking because of Enterprise. to improve... Maybe charge what the custmer was quoted and agreed to when renting the car. Spending so much time trying to figure out an overcharge was not right. If there is an unreasonable and unknown over charge, just make a note and charge the price quoted and move on to avoid trying up the customers time.

Cons: When I was making the reservation on Kayak, I didn't see that I would have to put down a $150 deposit and that damage waiver was $17 per day. Quite a shock to my budget.

Pick up / drop off parameters
Pros: The enterprise facility was offsite from airport. Very friendly they allowed me to return at airport without incurring a drop penalty
Cons: I chose airport code BNA as my pick up and drop off point when selecting options for my car rental. An offsite rental facility should not be shown unless the rental agency will pick you up from the airport. Enterprise has a company slogan "we'll pick you up" - apparently not because I had to pay a $30 Uber fare to get to the facility. If Kayak chooses to show options a warning should pop up letting the user know that an off site rental facility Had been selected, and in that case wether or not the rental facility has shuttle service

Good car and service not too bad
Pros: The car was good and the fact that I can give back the key when the agency was closed was a very good surprise and it was very convenient.
Cons: I was in a hurry when I picked up the car because I had an appointment less than an hour before ( and I had 40 minutes drive). The agency opened at 9. They let me in at 850am but they didn't want to help me before 9. (That I can understand). But then, they started to answer the phone, go to see another car for his colleague etc. it took about 20 min to do the contract and get the car... Except that, it is a very good agency and I recommend it.

Pros: Visited Nashville and rented a car for the day. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The newer model car was in great condition with many extra features. It was spotless inside and out. And when we brought it back the next day, they were nice enough to give us a ride to the airport at no extra charge.

Cons: By the time I got to the rentslbi was too exhausted to return the car. But it was horrible the way it smelled.
