Cons:

Everything. There was no SUV available whatsoever and that’s what I requested. I ended up with a Passat with 10 miles left of gas. The guy there told me I would have to take it to get it filled or wait for a while because they didn’t have another “big” car. When I opened the trunk to load, it was completely full of trash and boxes so I had to clean that out. I had to wash it because the windows were filthy and the inside was dirty as well. Horrible experience.

Pros:

I liked the comfort of the car and it's cornering. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

I HATE all the assists on the car. It would constantly grab the wheel and forcibly turn it back into the lane if I got too close to the line. I also could not figure out the display panel without reading the manual. Also, the wait time at the Gallatin Pike office was exceedingly long. We had to wait for them to go pick up a car from the lot and it took a long time.

I put Nashville airport in the search but got some Enterprise in Nashville not at the airport. Poor website design.

Nothing. The rental place called me twice to confirm my reservation and failed to tell me that they would closed at my scheduled pickup time and cost me lots of money after being stranded

Pros:

The location wasnt open and we ended up cancelling. I’m now out $44 for insurance on a vehicle that i couldnt get. There is no service number that leads to a human being who can give me a refund. I wont be using Kayak again

Pros:

Decent vehicle although not what I rented. The drove us back to the airport.

Cons:

Lots of electronic issues with the vehicle. Had to take an Uber to Enterprise even though it was one mile away. Vehicle different when we got there and the one we got wasn't ready so we ad to wait.

Pros:

Staff at pickup was excellent. Car (Camry) was even better than we expected.

Cons:

Price was high, but we know that there is a shortage of cars available. Person at check-in didn't visually check out the card or give us a "clean bill of health" until we asked.
